She’s my reminder that I can be as soft as I am discerning. Sweetness is a strength. If you’re struggling too out there, I hope you realize it’s okay to have a soft heart in a hard world. Don’t let this world scare you into hiding, it needs your softness

I spent my walk along the shore looking for something special I could possibly bring home as a little sign, sometimes I do this in nature when my heart wants me to. I passed by lots of shells, stones, nothing was really catching my souls attention. Soon enough I stopped searching, surrendering to the fact that I might not find anything today.
At the very end of my walk where my path couldn’t go any further I came across this little sand dollar lying there by itself(it was no longer alive, just a bleached white shell). I know they aren’t rare to find but on this particular beach they are hard to come across. I knew it was the special little symbol I was hoping for. I see finding it after accepting that I might not find anything as a symbol of trusting the quiet magic of being present.
I now keep it with my tarot cards. I use my cards to ask guiding questions about my life. As a Scorpio Sun/Cancer moon I’m greatly connected to water and the ocean, so I love having this little gift from the tide adding its wisdom to my deck.
