Best way to secure this door?
It’s in a high crime area and the door is hardly ever used if at all. Was thinking about drop bars but i dont know if it will work on the door the way its setup with out modifications
Any ideas / insight .

How should I drill this hole?
I am putting a drop pin for a gate into this floor (near the door) and need to drill a 3/4 inch hole about 3 inches deep. It’s concrete below this but I am worried if I hit the plank with my sds and concrete bit that it might split. I was thinking of using painters tape and my regular drill to do the wood and then pull out the sds for the concrete.
Any suggestions or ideas ? Thank you

Do I need a sds/hilti for this
I gotta drill a 3/4” diameter x 3” deep hole into concrete floor. I got a lxt makita hammer drill (XPH14Z)
