I think this summer my project/experiment will be to make a jerk chicken with Ghost peppers instead of Scotch Bonnets. My son and a neighbor said they were willing to try.
How many peppers do you add to your spaghetti sauce? I start with 5 habaneros, 2 ghosts and a half a Scorpion. Cook for 2 1/2 hours, taste and see if I need more.
I bought a pack of Cherokee Purple tomatoes. On one of the plants, it looks like the flower is going to be white? Could it be a one off or did I get another variety? (They do heirloom plants)
