As the title says, if youre VIP at another sportsbook, or even just Gold on Draftkings, I can get you matched over to Fanatics, where you'll get anywhere from $200-1000 and tons of offers once you get status matched. Works even if you already have fanatics sportsbook. Amount depends on your VIP level. Obviously a diamond or onyx status at another book would get you a higher amount than gold

So i made an account and was selling something online. Buyer paid via credit card and payment shows completed

Im looking and my balance still says 0 and I cant access the funds. Was a $350 payment

How do I aend the funds to my linked debit card or bank? Not exactly sure how this works, I can see everything completed, but I cant see the money anywhere

So im a line cook, with no managerial duties what so ever. I simply cook. Im not in charge of anyone, have never hired or fired anyone, etc and should by all means be considered non-exempt.

I am on a salary of 38K a year, for the last two years. My paychecks simply say "salary amount" with no hours listed.

For the last two years, I have been scheduled 50-52 hours and consistently worked a minimum of 45 hours a week. (That's rhe number my employer said was required of me in order to be on salary, or they'll dock my paycheck) in the last two years, that's around 500-600 hours of Overtime I've worked, but never received any OT pay.

Do I have legal grounds to file a case with the dept. Of labor? Google is telling me yes, but I dont know if thats how these things really play out. I can access my hours worked for the last 10 months, but we switched systems back then and I cant go back any futher.

Also, how would this most likely play out? They would contact my employer, who would instantly know it was me who contacted them. Can they try to settle with me outside of court? I had been afraid to file for awhile so that I didnt lose my job, but it seems like I should make a claim if theres enough of the law on my side
