My brain keeps replaying what happened in the past few seconds in my mind and I cannot stay in the present. Is this derealization, disassociation, anxiety? Anyone have this?

Is this disassociation? Derealization? Ocd? Driving me nuts. I am taking klonopin daily now.. it keeps going started 5 days ago. This started before the klonopin and i took it because anxiety is so bad. I had a weed panic attack 3 months ago and ever since then I haven't been the same. I was improving 2 months ago then ever since summer more and more what feels like derealization or disassociating. Dizziness i had got better and don't feel as off balance. Also have had weird vision changes, sensitive to light and screens. I have a long history of anxiety, health anxiety and ocd. The panic attack from weed clearly did something to me. Feel could be some type of vitamin deficiency, thyroid. Have no idea. Only abnormal blood result was a slightly elevated inflammation esr rate of 28

My brain keeps replaying what happened seconds ago so hard to focus on exactly the here and now. Anyone have this? It's like I am not present and disassociating or something constantly.

I have a long history of anxiety, health anxiety and ocd. I also started taking corlanor for a week then stopped so could be some withdrawal.

Have you or do you know anyone who got better within 6 months or a year from a bad edible panic attack?

Took an edible 3 mos. Ago had a bad reaction. It was getting better in terms of cognition and derealization in June then summer hit and its gotten worse since in terms of derealization and vision changes. My symptoms were more off balance and swaying till a month ago and dizziness seems to have improved some. I got diagnosed with bvd and have light sensitivity. Haven't started prism but wear fl 41 for light sensitivity. Have you or know anyone who got better within 6 mos or a year from this?

Anyone have dimmer vision and seeming more dim in progression and derealization spaced out feeling?

Things are looking dimmer and dimmer in how things look in my vision since my pots dysautonomia was re triggered after a weed panic attack 3 months ago. Not blurry just dimmer in contrast. Was a covid long hauler and it got better after 2 years and pots went into remission. I was fine for 2 years. I have no idea whats wrong with me. I have the heart rate spiking standing 30 to 40 and doesnt come back down and brain fog keeps getting worse, things look dimmer and dimmer to me with my vision and I feel I am in a dream like state. Has been getting progressively worse in the summer weather the past 3-4 weeks. I got diagnosed with a slight eye misalignment last Monday a form of bvd not prism but new script with rose tint for light sensitivity. I dont think theres enough blood going to my head. I am doing everything water, electrolytes, salt, fish oil. Started beets and citrulline this week. Nothing is working. I was scared of bc i have been having some off balance and dizziness symptoms and now this is my scariest symptom. I stopped driving this week. I started on ivabradine 2.5x twice a day this week and sleep seems better so far.

Why is my flare up getting worse? Brain fog fatigue continues to worsen in summer.

Had long covid and pots for 2 years. Pots went into remission i got better. I felt 90 95% fine for over 2 years and was living my life. Back to work, gym everything. Took an edible 3 months ago and had a major panic attack. Ever since then I haven't been the same. I was having balance issues those seem to be getting better slighly. i was improving 2 months ago then the summer hit and the fog and fatigue keep worsening. Pots has stayed the same since summer worsened a little but my brain fog keeps getting worse. I dont feel comfortable driving now. I also keep getting tired during the day. Getting tested for sleep apnea. I havent had brain fog like this since long covid and its scary. Getting flashbacks too from the whole experience. Got my vision checked and I have a slight misalignment getting new lenses and rose tint for light sensitivity. I don't understand how a weed panic attack could have re triggered all this when I was healthy before. I starting taking ativan .5 to help sleep. Seeing a pots specialist Tues. Praying to God he can help me. I was on ivabradine and mestinon before which helped. Heart rate jumps 30 to 40 on avg resting to standing. No presynscope but started to feel more tired standing. I just feel more and more off and cloudy. I also have been under a lot of stress bc my mom got diagnosed with alzheimers. I drink a lot of water, take electrolytes daily, fish oil. Doesn't seem like anything is helping.

Brain fog keeps getting steadily worse the past 3 weeks since it got warmer. Pots symptoms came back after panic attack. What cold it be?

I had pots previously from long haul covid. It went into remission over 2 years. Recently the pots symptoms came back after a thc induced panic attack almost 3 months ago. Ever since summer I have been getting worsening brain fog and vision changes. I got my eyes checked and they found a slight misalignment got new glasses coming soon. The pots hasnt gotten worse. This has also been a period or high stress as my mom was dx with alzheimers. The brain fog steadily worsening could be from pots. It's to the point now where I don't feel comfortable driving. Thinking it could be pots or sleep apnea. I am strugglint to focus and feel disoriented

Pots/dysautonomia symptoms came back after a weed panic attack. Have this floaty, off balance, dizzy feeling where it feels I am on a boat. Worse with heat and humidity. Anyone have this?

I was a long hauler. It got better. I had post viral pots and small fiber symptoms. I was better for over 2 years I took a thc gummy..first thc in 15 years..and haven't been the same last 2 months. Had a bad panic attack. At first it was just really bad brain fog derealization..which is a little bit better..with the higher heart rate. The adrenaline dumps have gotten better. Once it has gotten warm and humid i am getting this off balance, floaty dizzy feeling even when I am laying down. It feels like i am on a boat when standing and sometimes it will feel like the floor is moving. Heart rate is jumping 30 to 40 on avg resting to standing. If this was all induced by a panic attack I feel my nervous system should calm down over time. Going to ask cardiologist for mestinon and ivabradine since I took those during long haul. I can still walk and exercise. Also had a ferritin 27 normal hemoglobin so supplementing iron.

I am seeing an ENT next week but I really believe this is all pots dysautonomia esp because the heart rate rise is abnormal. My functional neurologist also says it's all dysautonomia. I have brain fog, derealization, air hunger at times. Also had a ferritin 27 normal hemoglobin so supplementing iron.

Does this sound vestibular or more autonomic? Took a thc gummy 8 weeks ago and havent been the same since

Previously had post viral dysautonomia/pots which i recovered from over 2 years ago. I took a gummy recently (dose was higher than I intended) and have pots symptoms again. - heart rate going up 25 to 40 on avg resting to standing, brain fog, derealization, feeling lower to the ground, heavy head and the ground looking tilted as well as the walls. No spinning but it feels uneven..even on flat surfaces. Could this be inner ear related? Eustachian tube dysfunction? Pots symptoms can also cause off balance feeling and tilts due to not getting enough blood flowing upwards when standing and because of my past dysautonomia history this seems more likely. Going to see an ent to rule anything out. Vestibular and pots symptoms can also co-occur. Just not sure if the gummy could have triggered issues with balance, spacial orientation.
