Chicken Noodle on a hot day

Sweat spices, mirepoix and some chopped mushrooms until soft, add chopped chicken thighs, noodles and broth, simmer until ready!

A nice pizza pie

Overnight poolish (tried hot honey…!), 64% hydration next day w/King Arthur bread flour. Base of parm shake and some mozz, cup and crisp pep, pecorino garnish. 550° oven w/a steel. I’ve been pre-baking the crust with the sauce and parm until it juuuust starts to get some color on the edges, THEN adding the other toppings. Works wonders.

Still working through the Tree House stash 😁

Northern-most clear chowder option?

RI born and raised, now living just north of Boston. How far south do I actually need to travel to get a nice cup of clear? Anyone know of any gems north of Providence? North of Pawtucket? (Yes, inspired by another post of a Rhode Islander looking for New England chowder in RI)
