Genuinely feel like I have no purpose in life and I’ll fail in every relationship I get into. Does my chart indicate anything about that?

I’m just so tired. I feel like im a walking contradiction of myself. The way people perceive me is completely opposite of my actual personality and interests. I feel I’ll end up alone forever and I just feel my life has no meaning. Is there anything in my chart that points to struggling in relationships? Or some type of ways to feel fulfilled in my life I don’t even know

[24] F What can I do to lose face fat without losing weight?

A while ago I posted on a sub about my chin because i didn’t like the length and wanted some advice. Mostly all of the comments were about how I should lose weight. But I’m 5’4 and weigh 102lbs. If I was any skinner I would be unhealthy. My face was honestly the same size back when I was very unhealthy and 89lbs at this height so I have no idea what to do

Everyone’s advice for losing face fat is just, lose weight which for obvious reasons I won’t be doing. Am I just at the age where your skin starts sagging? I love the look of my face when I pull my cheeks back so I was wondering if there’s anything to do that can firm up the skin?

What’s the shape of my eyes?

I’ve been kinda insecure lately and I really want to get into makeup to make my eyes look better. I know they’re a bit uneven and the dark circles are pretty bad so I want to learn how to do makeup. I’m completely new to makeup and a lot of the videos are catered to specific eye shapes with different techniques for each. So I’d love to know what my eye shape is to be able learn good makeup techniques for them

AIO for wanting my boyfriend to compliment me when I send him pictures?

I’m starting to feel like I’m the crazy one for wanting this. I have self confidence issues and my boyfriend knows that. I don’t tell him how badly I think of myself usually, that’s a conversation for my therapist. But he knows I struggle with feeling ugly. Every time he sends me selfies I love them. I make sure I always compliment them and hype him up and let him know how attractive I find him. But with me he sometimes doesn’t say anything at all. He’ll just save the pictures to his phone and not mention it. He’s complimented me in the past but not always

Today we had a bit of an argument, I mentioned how I sent him a selfie (which is hard for me to do he knows I hate taking pictures of myself) and he didn’t say anything about it. He just said you should know that I find you attractive I don’t have to say something every time. I told him how it makes me feel ugly to him when he doesn’t say anything at all if I send him a selfie and reminded him I always compliment him when he sends me something. Then he got upset over me saying that and went oh so do the compliments I gave you in the past mean nothing at all? They don’t mean nothing to me they’re meaningful but is it so wrong of me to want him to compliment the pictures I send him?

I told him no they don’t but how would you feel if I stopped complimenting you when you send things? He told me that he wouldn’t care because he knows that I find him attractive. This just upset me worse. He then tells me that I should just be okay with myself and okay with the things I’m sending instead of relying on his compliments. So I said I am okay with the stuff I send. You know I don’t like taking pictures so obviously the pictures I send you of myself are the ones that I do like. He got annoyed and said he had to go and now (he was waiting for an uber when we were talking on the phone) and now we ended up not talking to each other it’s been 3 hours and he hasn’t messaged me back.

Maybe it’s me being insecure? But also I’ve never had a boyfriend do this to me before. I feel bad for wanting compliments over pictures I send but at the same time I feel like I shouldn’t feel bad for it? I compliment every picture he sends and makes sure that he knows I love them. Especially because he was bullied for his looks growing up. Is it so wrong of me to want him to compliment the pictures I send back? I don’t even want much. Most he’ll say is just “cutie” or something along those lines and that alone is enough to make me happy. But now I’m starting to feel crazy for wanting that even. I genuinely don’t know if I’m overreacting on this

Edit: i apologize if some of the wording came off wrong, English isn’t my first language but I will try to express myself better in comment replies. And to everyone wondering HE is the one asking me to send these pictures. I would not be sending any selfies at all if it was up to me. But he gets upset when I don’t send him selfies

How can I properly process my emotions without day dreaming as an escapism?

I won't get into the story because it will be way too long but when I was a kid I went through some pretty traumatic stuff over a long period of time. I turned to day dreaming as a way of escapism. It's addictive and even 14 years later I cannot stop.

I live in my own head constantly. I can pace around my room whispering to myself day dreaming for hours. I can make myself cry from my day dreams and just feel such strong emotions from them.

The realization I came to just recently is that I think I'm using my day dreams as a way to avoid thinking of the hard stuff happening in real life. I will still day dream upsetting scenarios, let all my emotions out in them, but I think what gives me comfort is that I can control the narrative and make the situation better. Whereas in person it isn't that easy

I don't want to do that anymore. I get upset and I genuinely can't process my feelings. If know why I'm sad and sometimes there just isn't a solution so my go to is just day dreaming a different version of the situation for hours. While it does help me feel bette temporarily the unprocessed emotions are still there

I feel emotionally immature for my age, I feel pathetic honestly. I hate being this way, I hate living in my own head constantly. Even as I write this my brain is tempted to just day dream myself talking to a therapist and finding a solution and becoming better which I hate. But it's just so addictive. It's the only thing that comforts me but I know I need to actually deal with my emotions head on.

But the issue is sometimes I don't even understand my own emotions. I know I feel upset, or angry but I can't process exactly why. So I turn to day dreaming because at least if I think of a sad fictional scenario I'm going through I can understand it and "solve" it in my head or have a good outcome.

How can I start understanding my own feelings better without always turning to escapism for it? I feel like I have absolutely no emotional intelligence or understanding of myself

Is there a more healthy way to stop fainting at work asides from drinking water and salt in the morning?

24 female, 5'4 114lbs, I don't smoke and I take Alysena 28 also a B12

I know the answer to this issue will most likely be eat and sleep more but I just can’t do that at the moment. I have my job early in the morning and then go to my co-op placement for school right after. I get roughly 2-6 hours a night and it’s very difficult for me to eat first thing waking up without making myself feel sick. I can manage to eat something small but I’ll sometimes still end up feeling faint even when I do.

Two hours into my shift I get a free breakfast and also a lunch later so that gets me through the day but the two hours before sometimes I’ll end up feeling sick. I’ll go very pale, get super dizzy and be unable to see. If I don’t sit down I will faint from this. How I managed to avoid it is by drinking some water in the morning with a bit of salt in it. But I’m sure that isn’t healthy at all so what can I do to avoid this? Eating full breakfasts so shortly after waking up makes me sick and I simply don’t have the time in the morning too with the lack of sleep, and I do like the money I save from eating at my job so is there anything I can do?

[Body Care] How do you exfoliate your skin properly when the only thing that works for me is my hands

I have tried a few recommendations from people before. Like those nets you scrub yourself with, those exfoliating gloves you wear on your hand and rub your body with. But none of them have worked for me. I don’t ever see any of the dead skin coming off.

The only time I’ve ever truly seen it is when I’m scratching/rubbing my skin with my fingers. I absolutely hate doing it because it gets under my nails and it takes way too long.

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong or why I can’t get the dead skin off properly with the stuff people have recommended to me. Is there any advice for exfoliating your body better?

Is it okay to bring chocolate on a plane?

I am going to be visiting my aunt in New York for the first time! I’m travelling from Canada. She misses some of the chocolates here so I wanted to surprise her and bring some myself. The issue is I’ve never travelled before. I have a million questions but I’m going to try and google them before asking here. I’m just curious about chocolate.

I want to bring some for her, some of the ones that she misses like Coffee Crips**,** Caramilk, Smarties, Maltesers, OH Henry, Mr BIG and Kitkats (apparently Kitkats taste different in America?)

So I was wondering if you’re able to take them in your luggage or no? I assume there would be restrictions on food? Also how would you keep them cool and prevent them from melting in your bag, if you are allowed to take any?

How is the order of people under the group chat name determined?

So like there is a group chat with a bunch of people in it. There’s the group chat name, and then the first couple of names of people in it directly under it. How is that order determined? Is it determined by who’s most active? Or who you have saved as contacts? Or something else? Or just fully random?
