Close-to-the-stage insight/tips!

Hello! This is going to be my first OSL. I have the most basic wristband, so none of the special perks! I would like to get close to the stage, though, if possible for the acts I want to see the most. Thankfully, 90% of the artists I want to see are performing on the same stage, which is AMAZING! However, that means realistically, I'm not going to be moving around much, especially if I would like to keep a good spot for the day and I would like to stay hydrated! Is the security situation around the stages the same as concerts where they give water to those in/close to the front? Is it a fend-for-yourself kind of situation? Any insight, or tips and tricks to stay hydrated would be appreciated!

How do you move forward in the workplace after associating with the "wrong person"?

I was recently pulled into my supervisor's office and advised not to speak to a particular coworker anymore. They are retiring within the next two weeks, but have been known to be a complainer. I do share my frustrations with them because of situations in the workplace knowing that they are leaving soon (they have been in the position for over 20+ years). Otherwise, no one else really speaks to one another in the office, so it is one of the only connection I have until they leave.

My supervisor pulled me into their office telling me to no longer associate with them (after what they said to a new employee) due to the fact that they did not want any one in the office to have any negative connotations towards me by having an association with them and seeing us speak, even though they are leaving. They have said outright that no one has said anything about me to them, nor have they heard anything said about me in passing. But, if no one really speaks, how am I to know if my reputation is already soured?

I work alone, as I'm the only one in my position, so I do not have relationships with my other coworkers. I will separate myself from the person until they retire. However, I still don't want to be seen in a negative light in the workspace and would still like to remain friendly towards the people I see every day. From my supervisor and the VP, I have been told I radiate positivity, which is helpful. This talk has left me overthinking and a little anxious. Besides separating from the person, is there much for me to worry about? What other steps should I take to "rebuild" a better reputation if they are personally soured?

I was a dummy clicking a phishing link, but didn't fully go through with it -- should I be okay?

I clicked on a link after not reading everything, and it asked me to sign in through Google/Gmail. It's a shared email with a 2FA with a phone number that is not mine. I signed in, but since the 2FA went to someone else, I didn't complete it and exited out. After realizing a moment later, I promptly changed the password to the Gmail account and logged out of the account. After logging back in with the new password, I flagged the past login as "suspicious" even though it was me, and went through checking other security settings. There does not seem to be anything else besides my logins and no linked apps or accounts. Thankfully, there is no sensitive info attached to this email, but just don't want it to get spam. Should I be okay?

Signed poster for Tame Impala/DJO

For anyone who attended the show tonight that went to get merch, what time did the signed poster become unavailable? I won't be able to make it for early merch, but I know people can be hesitant with the price so I'm unsure if it sold out instantly. If you showed up later, what time did you go to the merch table, and was the poster still available?

Are sealed water bottles at Forest Hills allowed?

I see on the website about their reusable water bottle policy, but has anyone had any luck bringing in sealed plastic water bottles?

Is this travel plan while taking GLP 1 doable?

I have an upcoming short trip that spans from a Thursday-Saturday and really do not feel like packing my medication, as I take my dose on Friday. Is it doable to take my normal dose for the week on Thursday before I leave for the trip and then take the following dose the next Friday as normal, or is that not advised? Thanks!

How long does a MAC Viva Glam campaign usually last?

Very interested in the Chappell Roan x MAC Viva Glam collection, but I don’t want to rush out impulsively to buy if I know I have time! From prior Viva Glam launches, how long do the products stay in store? If it sells out, does it usually restock?

Was my ticket upgraded?

Just wondering if this happened to anyone else. I purchased a GA non VIP. However, the last few emails for the upcoming show to prepare for it is reading like I have a VIP ticket.

Yet when I look on Ticketmaster, it only says GA standard.

Has anyone else had this happen with their ticket? Am I just reading this incorrectly? Thanks.

UPDATE: Just got an updated email today that it was sent by mistake! It’s what I originally thought but I was getting that same incorrect email for the last 2 weeks, so just wanted to make sure.

Start again with GLP-1 or try something new (Contrave)? TW: Adverse side effects talk in post

I'm stuck at a crossroads and unsure which path to take. I was doing well on semaglutide for about 4-5 months with no symptoms (with injections) until I upped my dose to the Wegovy 4mg tablet. I was advised by my doctor to stop taking it due to the intense food aversion I was having. TW adverse side effects: >!I was adverse to everything besides water. No matter the food, or the texture, I could barely get it down, so even a liquid diet was unfeasible. I would wretch whenever something touched my tongue, so due to the loss of nutrients of having no intake, I was miserable and my doctor advised due to the severity to stop taking the medication. !<However, almost two months out, even on an extreme deficit and exercise, I have only maintained my weight. I still need to lose about 30 pounds to hit a healthy range for my height. My doctor prescribed Contrave, which isn't a GLP-1, but with the out of pocket pricing being similar, I was wondering if it would be better to try again with a lower dose of semaglutide and just staying on the lower dose so those side effects don't happen again. Before upping the dose, I was doing great and losing a significant amount of weight with no side effects. If there is anyone who have tried both a GLP-1 and Contrave, what have been your experiences, and what do you recommend?

How good is Contrave at reducing hunger?

I just got a script from my doctor for contrave after having to stop a GLP-1 recently. Since I stopped, my weightloss has been stagnant even though I’m in a huge deficit. I don’t have much food noise or many cravings, but it seems the lack of hunger cues with a GLP-1 was what helped me lose the weight. Do you notice a lack in hunger with taking the medication and your body telling you to stop once you’ve had enough when you eat like a GLP-1, or just lack in cravings/food noise? Thanks for any info!

Does anyone have any experience with sending fan mail? I was wondering what the process is like. Thanks!
