Certain people whom I have helped get annoyed at little requests that may cause them very minor inconveniences, like asking if they have seen something of mine. they react with very visible annoyance. I know the problem is not me because they react the same to other people when things do not go their way.

and I feel the dynamic is they are not mindful for me but I’m constantly mindful for them all the time.

Growing up in a family where I feel constantly at fault, I have the feelings of guilty or having to please people. so these situations are hard for me. and makes me think there’s something I can change .

I help those people a good deal amount. I feel maybe respect for me from them is not stor fly established because my help for them is taken for granted?

there are a few social interaction things where they violate my boundary but I didn’t confront or establish my boundaries. I understanding standing up for yourself is inportsnt so maybe this partly contributes to them not knowing to respect the contributions I have made for them?

anyway, I would like to hear your experiences with these people and how I could handle the dynamics

idk if this is the right sub for me and I do not have the access for diagnosis now. so I would be grateful to have ur opinions ( those who want to say go to doctor why come to Reddit, explanation above )

basically I get bad balance sometimes, sounds are super loud, clinking of utensil unbearable. Regarding balance aftwe I take a foot step, for a moment I forget my step is there making me feel like I would realize one second late if I fall over an edge.

usually it helps when I rest, go outside walk a bit, repeat and do some jogging.

the causes are usually when I focus on doing something for so long; working or socializing. without breaks it seems to trigger this problem.

and yeh during these times, I do not do well hearing what other people say ( my ear works fine, it’s the attention) my gorlfriend and I have got into a lot of problems because I do not hear or listen to her and I have apologized my ass off and it feels unfair especially because we never have time or emphasis on my problem. and o just feel I’m in this alone.

I have been getting tinnitus for like two weeks non stop now.

yesterday was horrible I dog sitted and the dog ran so fast on uneven terrain and it felt like zooming out effect and one of the worst moment ever cus the dog was strong and I feel like I was dying. like a one bad high trip.

I think closest words to describe so far are vertigo, balance, attention problem, tinnitus.

forgot to add- I also get fast heartbeat when I stand up. Not horribly fast but fast enough to hit my head and make me pause

1. the anthropology is in big city which I want to go

2. want to work in media or art where I can network better in capital city which I think is the actual way to get a job based on my work experiences

but the first degree offer more job prospect in many ways.

It was great. I am a sucker for slow burn, and this one scared me watching alone at midnight. I think the sense of realness by showing how stressed the characters are what really elevated the experience while not showing the shape of the ghosts at all. It is such a good inspiration for my art outputs.
