I was talking with my parents about cheese that they used to eat with their German friends and grandparents, and this Koch cheese came up. A few weeks later, we traveled to NE Wisconsin, so we had to stop by a cheese factory and pick some up. Really good!
My gluten free friend requested a blueberry pie for a party that we are going to, so I put this beauty together! Crust is store-bought, and the filling recipe came from the back of the tapioca box.
Recently, I've been looking into buying earbuds. I've recently started working full time in an office, and the company policy says that we can only wear one ear bud so that we can be aware of our surroundings. I've never been a fan of the ear buds that I stick into my ears because they have never fit right, so I don't know much what brands of ear buds I can buy.
Recently, I found out about open-ear earbuds that hook over the top of the ears instead of being stuck into my ear. I've done a little bit of research, but I know that there are brands that I have never seen before out there. For those of you who have bought these kinds of earbuds, what do you think?
Things that I would like to know:
• How cheap can I get a pair of these? Are there any less than $100? (US dollars)
• I wear glasses, so does anyone have insight into how they might fit next to glasses?
• Is it better to get them from Amazon or straight from the manufacturer website? I usually prefer the manufacturer website for things I have bought in the past online.
• Does the sound bleed much out of my personal space? My office space is usually pretty quiet.
• Do they work well for taking calls? I don't take calls often right now, but I probably will take more once I am more established in the company.
• What is the longevity of their functionality? I don't want to stick a bunch of money into something that will stop working in three years.
Any and all insight is helpful and welcome!
I love listening to old western music, especially the trail and cowboy songs. I know that Marty Robbins, Eddy Arnold, Johnny Cash, and Willie Nelson wrote a lot of these types of songs, but if you know of any other singers/artists that recoded cowboy songs and albums, I would love to hear about them.
I just got some piping tips from a sale, and I'm looking for some advice. Some of them were a bit dirty/grimy. I've tried cleaning these before, but I've always had trouble getting all the frosting out of them. What do you use for cleaning piping tips?
