My 2015 Suzuki Swift (176,000 km) and this is what the engine looks like.
I’ve been using Shell 20W-50 engine oil. The engine is running fine overall, but I wanted to get some opinions from people with more experience.
Mileage: 176,000 km
Oil used: Shell 20W-50
Engine: Stock, never rebuilt
Based on the picture, does the valvetrain look to be in good condition for this mileage, or are there any signs of excessive wear, sludge, varnish, or poor maintenance?

I am currently in Lahore, while my hometown is Ghotki, Sindh. I want to renew my driving license, but I'm unable to complete the process online because I receive the following message:
"All previous permanent driving license records are complete – Failed. Book license found – incomplete records. Visit your initial RHQ/DLS branch."
Has anyone faced a similar issue or knows how to resolve it? Is there any way to complete the renewal without traveling to my original branch, or do I need to visit that branch in person?
