Chromoly vs aluminum

Is it fine to go with aluminum for 26" cruiser bmx, just for cruising and doing wheelies, no other tricks and stunts. Choosing chromoly steel is to allow us to do more with the bike, am I correct here? Since aluminum does not rust and for my intended purposes, it'll be a better choice for my usage? Thanks 🙏

Is this a good quality bicycle?

It also features a mechanical x tech mechanical disc brakes which is commonly used on ebikes, so I guess servicing for this part should be fine and sealed bearings should probably last very long? Any experts can advice 🙏

Helloride parking issue and refund

Anyone encountered gps error and was wrongly fined, now they claimed they refunded the wrongly deducted amount but I have not received it yet. I'm always an abiding user, the developer for this app really cannot make it
