There are these 2 guys that went to my same school, that made fun of me almost every day to the point I even started harming myself. I don't think they are a problem to me anymore but now i keep feeling unsure about myself because of them,and every time I even think about everything they've done it hurts really bad.

I don't want them to get physically and/or mentally hurt, I just want them to regret what they've done to me. How can i hex them? Any advice?

Ps: I need help with a hex, not with my mental health. I'm seeing a professional and i don't harm myself anymore, so i don't want to see people comment "are you okay" or something, please. Thank you so much anyways.

I (13M) am currently forced to wear short sleeved pajamas at night due to the heat where i live. I usually cut on my arm, even if I am a few days clean now, and i just can't stop the urges, the problem is that if i cut on my arm or leg, the cuts would be extremely visible and my parents would see them. I'm too scared to cut on my hip/chest cuz I'm scared I'll hit the bone, and idk if cutting on my belly would be safe. I really can't stop the urges so I'm going to cut anyway, but what's a hidden spot that is safe to cut? I don't want to permanently damage my body.
