How can i make this more interactive?

Sorry there's a huge glare on the glass. On the left side is a small cave with fake leaves on top, That's her poop cave. The right side is her wet cave, with primarily sphagnum moss in it. That's where her heater stays, so she gets nice humidity as well. I try to moisten that every other day... I'm thinking of putting loose substrate around the cave and inside the cave with the sphagnum moss so she can dig around more. And maybe on the outside of her poo cavern, to the left... I have some fresh dirt made by my isopods, and I figure I want to maybe start a partially bioactive tank if i can.

Any suggestions as to how to make this a more interactive tank?

Is she too skinny?

Silky had a prolapse last year, and she is all better. She has a voracious appetite. I just want to make sure shes not too skinny since recovering. I feed 5ish dubia roaches (bigger than her head but split in three connected by guts chunks) a week coated in calc. She regularly sheds and hasn't had complications since last year

Homemade diet?

I would like to start growing meat for my dog, and cats, namely chicken; maybe eventually rabbit as well. I would like to know now about a possible diet that I can make for them - that is mostly homemade - that has all of the ingredients necessary for a full diet, a complete diet.

Eventually I would like to be fully free from store-bought food for them, but I don't think that's going to be possible completely. Best recommendations for adding into the diet things that would complete it? I'm willing to grow items if necessary.

Information on the current animals is:

Three cats; 5, 10, 12 years old. One dog 3 years old. No known allergies. One cat will eat just about anything, two are kind of picky, two enjoy their greens. I regularly feed the dog extra food like tomatoes, banana, apple, carrot, etc. He's a very healthy boy He likes to eat his healthy treats.

Thank you in advance!

Two nearly identical shaped spots in Schumman Resonance

Two nearly identical spots appeared a day apart at the same exact time. I don't have a theory, just making an observation. Also the constant tone that was going on the 25hz line, for like a week, stopped a couple of days ago, and now it seems another constant started to strengthen on the 20hz line.

The site I use is https://schumann-frequency-today.com/

Why are these waterways crystal Blue/green? It looks like the Bahamas but we're in the backwoods 😅 I mainly looking for just how polluted the waterways are in Dickenson county, but I want to know about surrounding counties as well. I want to find a swimspot but ive been hearing these waters are heavily polluted.
