Should I leave my two month old job?

I'm a bengali recently moved to hyd. So after coming to hyd I first joined a contractual job for 2months but absconded in 3 days because it was 12 hours shift and other drama. Then I joined another company where I'm currently working for 2months. I'm getting 20k since I'm a fresher. This is a small company and I have no team mate in my department. Just me and my manager who's 30 years older than me and has been working here for 25 years. He made me sit in a way that he can always keep an eye on my screen and my activities. Today I went out for lunch with co workers in the same floor and the restaurant was delaying the service so I texted my manager that I'm out for lunch and I'll be a bit late. And he replied "you should have asked me first." And that made me so mad because It's not a school and anyway today there was independence day celebration at office and nobody was working anyway. The job feels like a prison, there's no one to talk to, share my work related small problems with . For everything, for every silly question I've to go to my manager who is a very senior position. Also I've joined a industry where I've no prior knowledge. I just feel like not going to that office anymore but I'm scared of quitting because even if I get a job because what if even that new job isn’t suiting me? Also there is a language barrier. People mostly speak in telugu at office so I am having difficulty. I'm already dreading Monday. There is no work from home scope also I've to mandatorily come to office everyday. And the work environment isn’t that good I feel because 98% of employees on my floor are new joinees and everybody leaves after working a few months here. I don’t know what I should do. Please give me some advice. Btw I'm a law graduate.

Silver coins are easy to sell??

I'm new to stacking. I have some beginner's questions. What's your experience of selling silver coins? Do you get full price? Are there deductions? Is it easy to sell? Please share your first hand experience.

Parents are in their early 60s with no savings. How can I help them?

don't know if my post fits here. I'm sharing concern -I'm a 26F, a single child. I'm at my first ever job where I'm earning 20kpm. I'm also married and my husband earns around 2Lpm. So financially we're okayish. But my concern is around my parents. I grew up in lower middle class household. We didn’t have our own home. My father bought a land, built 2 storey 4bhk house in tier 3 city where my parents are living. All the while I was thinking my parents were financially okayish but until my wedding bell hit. My father gave 10L loan to my uncle who's going through some crisis. Other than that whatever savings my father had he spent it on my wedding. The total wedding costed around 17L. And he never shared his finances with me or my mother ever. So I had no clue. So now my parents have their own home, 30L worth of gold and very very low savings. I bought a health insurance for them of 10L. Now I'm very much worried about my parents. If anything goes wrong what will happen? I'm not earning enough to support them. My father is 63 and he earns probably around 40-50k(again I don’t have clear idea since he never shares) and they don't need any support right now. I'm in 2nd month at my job so I can't switch so early for better pay. I'm really really worried about my parents. Please give me genuine advice on how I can approach this situation. Also my husband is unaware of this and honestly I don’t want to share such vulnerable thought.

Zepto delivered expired food items

I ordered couple of food items from zepto since they were selling at very cheap price. Then I noticed the sesame seeds turned yellow. Paneer and pasta are way past expiry dates. And they're not letting me return the items. I'm just so mad. I had access to Dmart which is nearby but I opted for zepto for the low price. Never buying from them again.

Live separately from your in laws?

As a married woman the only single advice I want to give to other women who are looking to get married is ask for separate space, away from in laws. Don’t live under the same roof and never let them interfere in anything that involves your marriage. It's crazy how women are expected to adjust with new environment, a full time career, difficult in laws and their moods and the marriage itself. If you really like your in laws that's a whole different story altogether and best of luck to you. Otherwise keep this in mind. It's not worth losing your peace and mind over this basic right. Make it clear to your partner before entering into a marriage.

I’m a 27-year-old woman. My parents own a comfortable two-storey 4BHK house, and my husband owns two flats in Kolkata. I'm a single child so I'll inherit the house in future.

I’m considering buying another property—either a plot, house, flat, or commercial space—in or around Kolkata within an affordable budget, with the intention of renting it out.

Our current annual post-tax income is around ₹30 lakh. Personally, it’s a dream of mine to own a property in my own name. However, I want to avoid making any major financial mistakes. I’m planning this purchase within the next 5 years.

Would this be a wise decision, or should I instead focus on building a retirement corpus?

We stay in a rented apartment which cost us 25k per month and have a home loan of 20kpm.
