Yeah so this morning I was speaking to my parents about some therapist stuff my sisters been on and at one determined moment they just told me I had ADHD, something I didnt know untik the moment (though they told me that I actually had always been informed), but I also remembered my dad once mentioning I had aspergers (ik its known as autism today its just that thats how my parents call it), but he said that he never did that?? And also that aspergers is like a spectrum of multiple disorders??? They also mentioned that I went to therapy for my adhd which makes a lot of sense looking back, but like now idk if im AuDHD or just ADHD?? Help
