Learning weightlifting form

I'm in my early 40s and my doc said she would like to see me in the gym and thinks I'd do very well. I have no problem with that and agree. However the one thing that has always stopped me from going to a gym regularly is injury, specifically related to form. I have minimal gym experience and have hurt myself in the past, nothing major thankfully.

What's the safest way for me to learn form? Once I address that then I can take care of the rest.

Side question - any recommendations on where to start working out? I figured a gym like Planet Fitness or whatever is closest to my home would be just fine.

Edit: I don't necessarily need a plan designed for me, I will come into it with a plan of what I want to do.

WC3 Reforged over Tailscale? Or LAN options for remote friends?

Me and my friends will often have Battle.net issues, where it's the "unable to join" error or last night when the servers were down when we all wanted to play. I already use Tailscale so I had my brother install it to try and configured it properly. https://github.com/kradalby/wc3ts shows up as an option to broadcast my friend's lobby, but I could not get it to work. It is severely outdated but since it was quick I tried it anyway but no dice.

Does anyone have experience doing this? If so what do you recommend.

What side stuff should I do next?

This is my first time ever playing the game. I'm about 150 hours into chapter 2. As soon as I hit the open world I started doing all the side stuff. Here are some things I've done:

  • Unlocked all the cosmetics for Horseshoe Overlook
  • Created 99 of the various big game meats
  • Unlocked all the satchels
  • Unlocked all the possible trinkets and talismans
  • The alligators in the St. Denis swamp now all fear me. I hunted every possible legendary animal up until this point too.
  • I jacked a fishing pole from someone but haven't tried it yet
  • I grabbed a bunch of gold bars right at the beginning, I forget which treasure I stopped on. I have something like $1400 now.
  • Created panther, alligator, and one other saddle (forget which)
  • Unlocked dual sawed offs, volcanic pistols, Schofields (I think, might just have 1), Lancaster, Varmint Rifle, and Springfield along with the various ammos and arrows. So a lot of the good weapons are unlocked.

Challenges status:

  • Bandit: 0/10 done
  • Explorer: 4/10 done
  • Gambler: 7/10 done
  • Herbalist: 6/10 done (note: I'm hard stuck because I don't have access to the recipe needed. I went to the lockbox and it wasn't in there the first time. I've gone back many times after long periods of time in between and it still won't spawn.)
  • Horseman: 2/10 done
  • Master Hunter: 1/10 done
  • Sharpshooter: 1/10 done
  • Survivalist: 0/10 done
  • Weapons Expert: 2/10 done

With all these draft formats available, what is the best for a beginner?

I have 6 draft tokens, 10k gold, and am just coming back after years off. I'm looking to start drafting, I have prior experience but it's been a long time so my win rate will be low.

I see there are A LOT of draft formats now:

  • Contender draft
  • Quick draft
  • Premier draft
  • Traditional draft
  • Pick-two draft

I've been doing a lot of prep work for this set and excited to start drafting. I've also started a second account so I can draft more.

Which draft is the right choice for me?

Any quick ways to get perfect cougar pelts?

I need a couple perfect cougar pelts, what is the easiest way to get them? I've been out on the edge of the map west of Big Valley and have only seen one so far in a day or two in game days (it mauled me as I was running through the woods).

Edit: was able to spawn two in that area near the woods. Both times it tried to attack me. I waited one in game day apart. Easy peezy lemon squeezy.

MtG Arena - worth making a second account just for drafting?

Is it worth it to make a second Arena account and dedicate it strictly to drafting? I really want to start playing it more and was wondering if it would be worth it. I only have 20k gold and 6 draft tokens at the moment.

Roku clients not able to find server

This has been happening for days now. My friend and I both own Rokus. My libraries constantly disappear. On PC, the libraries are fine, no issues. Last night I thought it was permanently fixed, I even signed out and back in to make sure it found the libraries. This morning I open Plex, and sure enough my server is gone. The thing I don't get is, this was never an issue until a couple days ago and I made no changes to my setup.

I cannot figure this out. I've found a "Roku dance" that flushes the cache, but it didn't work. I am just streaming from home on my home network. My buddy is streaming remotely. I have someone else who streams just fine on desktop/the app, so it seems only Roku is impacted and I cannot figure out why. Everything is running on the latest updates.

OS: Ubuntu, running in Docker.

Any advice?

Edit: it appears to be a conflict with a playlist I made in Kometa that was trigger my server to sync instead of advertise as server.

Collected all 10 rock carvings, not completed (Steam/PC)

I collected all 10 rock carvings and it doesn't show as completed, it says I am missing one carving. I put in a ticket with Rockstar and even went back to screenshot every single carving to prove I had collected all of them. They're giving me the usual Rockstar support rigmarole (reinstall the launcher, reinstall the game, reinstall your life, etc) which of course is not the issue.

The only rock carving without a marker on the map is rock carving 9. I've gone back many times making sure I can't record the drawing. I'm at a loss and Rockstar doesn't seem genuinely interested in helping me. Any tips? No, I cannot load a previous save before I collected the final drawing.

Solved: I never talked to the guy to start the quest.

Which trinkets and talismans are available in chapter 2?

I'm on my first playthrough and have been doing side stuff almost exclusively, including hunting legendary creatures. What all can I craft while in chapter 2? I've gotten to the point in the story where I just broke Micah out of jail. I tried running southwest and immediately got gunned down by like 100 police.

Special Miracle Tonic Pamphlet - Chapter 2

I'm only slightly into chapter 2 (I have been doing a ton of side stuff including challenges). Right now I'm on herbalist challenge 7. I went to the camp with the tent, opened the lockbox, and only got the bullets and predator bait. There was no pamphlet. So I go to the fence in Emerald Station, he doesn't sell it. I check my satchel pamphlets, I don't own it.

Edit: St. Denis fence doesn't have it either.

I already looted the lockbox and saved so I'm not sure if I could go back at some point. I can't find a lot of info on this as everyone seems to agree you should be able to loot it from that spot but it wasn't there for me.

Any ideas?

Crosshatching look in Red Dead 2, not sure if related to Optiscaler. Looking for technical help.

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X
GPU: PowerColor Reaper 9070 XT
OS: Windows 11 25H2
Platform: Steam, Red Dead 2 is set to use DirectX 12. Resolution is 2560x1440.
I followed this guide exactly: https://github.com/optiscaler/OptiScaler/wiki/Red-Dead-Redemption-II
Almost all the in-game settings are maxed out on ultra

I was finally able to get a good picture of what has been happening in my Red Dead 2 game. There are black lines over things and I noticed some ghosting in scenes too. I took a zoomed in picture of an example from my screenshot. I'll attach a screenshot of my Optiscaler settings too. I've been getting the FPS I've been hoping for, but there has been some graphical issues I've been working through. I don't think it's related to Optiscaler, but am not sure so I'm asking for help. I've tried two different FG outputs but the issue persists, which makes me lean towards an in game setting.
