Hello bibliophiles. I am enjoying my new dad's time with my cute little angel. Kindly suggest some feel good english/hindi fictions to accompany me during this wonderful paternity break.

I would like to indulge in a book rather than dooms scrolling during the sleepless nights 😁

My current read, Uncle Tom's Cabin seems a bit engaging for its 80s english, so looking for something simple which could be read during the chores of nourishing my child & wife.

Exactly a week back, we welcomed our little princess and l am on cloud nine since then. There were many happy life moments but this overpowered every damn thing and words fell short to describe this. I was anticipating the happiness of parenthood but I am happily surprised by the zillion of emotions she got with her. It's like meeting a whole new persona in me. While writing this, I just can't stop admiring my little Mihu napping on my chest and making cute noises. Time flies when she is around.

A year back when we bought this flat, it could not kindle that ghar wala feeling. For me, my home was always in my native where I was raised. After her arrival, magically this flat turned a home and I feel the warmth already with everyone busy attending the new member. I'm just loving this chaos. And guess what I never thought of me of this emotional of a person but boy oh boy, being a girl dad is the best thing that happened to me.
