Reta Stock

Has anyone noticed how more and more UK sites are deciding to not restock reta?

Ive received an email from a site to notify customers, they will not be restocking.

Its really freaked me out because im early on in my journey and I will need more of it

First time Glutathione user

I am a first time user of Glutathione and have a few questions....

I have 1500mg and want to take 200mg x 3 per week.

  1. Do I mix it with 7.5ml Bac water

  2. Where do you inject it? Ive researched its meant to be in the glutes?

  3. How long should a cycle be?

  4. When did others notice a difference?

Any advice on what to do or what not to do?

This drama is amazing. The only annoying thing is that twice a week is not enough.

Is there a spoiler site or anything?

Im sure the chairman hasn't been cremated, instead hes alive and being kept on a LSM away from his children.

I cant believe his soul would be stuck....there needs to be a happy ending for this drama

When did you notice changes

At what weight, was it noticeable that your body has changed? Im 5"0 and so i realise it may take longer to be noticeable on me...

At 6kg lose, I notice clothes are looser or fit better but when I stand infront of the mirror, fully dressed, I look exactly the same.

Im just genuinely intrigued from those who have lost more than me but at roughly the same height, what was your experience?

Reta dose help please

I think ive confused myself with reta doses.....im on 4mg for 7 weeks so far.

I dont get hungry, but I eat to 1200 cals [ for my height this is the correct 20% deficit ]

I have 2.5L water, 8k steps per day and everything is homecooked. I hit protein targets too.

Im losing 0.1-0.2kg per week which is really poor

Have I misjudged it? If im not struggling to eat then should I up my dose? What was your experience?

Reta dose and effects

When i started reta at 2mg, i had no effect, i moved up to 4mg and I was losing 1kg per week.

When the vial ended, I bought more from another provider and at 4mg ive been losing 0.1-0.2kg max

Ive not lost any weight for the past 2 weeks. I am walking 8k steps daily, hitting protein, calorie, water and sleep targets....so I hoped to lose this week.

Is this normal or is it a provider issue? Both are trusted and I know people who use both providers without issues, thats why Im thinking its something Ive done....

Positive changes

I am eating to my calorie deficit, walking 8k steps per day, meeting my protein targets and have cut off processed foods and sugar. I drink 2.5-3L of water daily.

I have a intense love for ice pops....Ive stopped those too.

​

Im currently on week 6 of reta.

​

Im hoping to start incorporating this weekly schedule by july:

■ 1 x full body kettlebell workout at home

■ 1 x pilate/yoga class

■ 1 x gym [still researching what ill do at the gym 🏋️‍♀️]

​

Im hoping 3 exercise activities per week as well as the daily steps is enough

​

Does anyone else have any suggestions of what I could incorporate?

Beginner advice please

Slow loss on Reta

This is my Reta charge:

Week 1: 2mg : No effects: No loss

Week 2: 2mg : No effects: No loss

Week 3: 4mg : 2.5kg loss

Week 4: 4mg : 2.5kg loss

Week 5: 4mg : not measured yet

Cal deficit: 1100 but comfortably eating 700 per day

Water: 2.5L per day

​

Exercise is a struggle for me because of my routine. Im trying to increase this by committing to 10k steps per day. Currently I manage avg 10k steps per week.

My stack is:

Reta 4mg

Tesa 2mg

5AM 2mg

GHK 4mg

​

Im disappointed that im losing so less and so slowly.

​

Any tips anyone - other than exercise - im working on that.

Glutha Advice

If you take 600mg per week, you'll get through 1200mg every 2wks...but to see suitable results, you need to do it for atleast 3months.

Tracker Suggestions

Is there a tracker out there that allows you to record your peptides and also let's you log workouts, shows areas that it targets.

Basically a one stop for your health journey. I want to avoid multiple apps...

Im unsure of what to do in the gym so some type of record keeping....would help me
