Very simple midnight pasta. Garlic, anchovy, chili flakes, parsley, Parmesan and cream.

Was craving some comfort food after a night out.

Edit: also a bit of tomato paste, forgot that in the title!

My first 171 at all, and first maximum at the pub with witnesses and not just at home against dart bot!

Sorry for the blurry picture but I hurried to take it as my opponent was fuming. This was a cricket match and this basically ended it. He kicks my ass almost every time. Felt good lol 😆

A simple gooey mess of a cheesesteak that I made at home

Yes, I put ketchup on it. That’s a pretty normal topping so you’re gonna have to deal with it!

July 4th brunch: smoked salmon avocado toast with garlic/herb goat cheese and micro greens, poached egg, roast potatoes [homemade]

It’s pretty hot to get out and grill, so I decided I’d make a nice brunch instead!

We had our first tournament at my friend’s pub, and it was great. A quick thank you to this sub for how much I’ve learned here.

My buddy owns an Irish pub here in the states, and asked me to help start a league since darts is a big hobby of mine. I’m new, only started 6 months ago. But sure.
Let’s do it.

It was a small group today, but it was so much fun. And also a reminder of how different the experience is at the pub with people watching and a competition on the line! I managed a 140 followed by a 63 checkout today to save a leg and what a feeling that was for me as a 45 avg player.

Finding this sub has enriched my darts experience so much since I started. Doubt I’d feel confident enough in my knowledge of the sport to go in for this role without it. I appreciate all you guys and just wanted to say it.

Might be a dumb question, but how do top players aim for the 25?

I just aim for double bull and it’s more likely to end up in the green anyway. But I’m curious if the pros and highly skilled amateurs actually aim for the outer ring.

You only experience your first time once! After 5 months of flirting and courtship, it felt even more special than I’d imagined.

I left cab fare on the nightstand.

Spaghetti and Meatballs

Followed Chef Jean-Pierre’s recipe to a tee and it did not disappoint! Well worth the time and effort.

My friend owns an Irish pub over here in the USA. He wants to start a league and asked me to help run it.

Current plan is monthly tournaments through the end of the year, then to start a weekly league in 2027.

What advice do you have for starting out? Feel free to state the obvious things, but especially the parts of it I might not think of.

I play in a few leagues but have never run one. I’m rather new to organized darts in general, but I’m quite excited to be involved with this.

Thanks in advance!
