So, my ADHD brain was like, “when Langdon told Robby he’d been sober for 186 days as of July 4, 2026, when would he have gotten sober for the second time? From what he says, it implies that he relapsed in the 4 month between Season 1’s shift and that day.”, then I started digging and came up with a rough timeline.

It’s very common for addicts to relapse when they first get sober, thus why he says to Robby that he’s been sober for 186 days, which implies he was fully tapered off of benzodiazepines as of December 31, 2025, if going by the show canon that the shift takes place on September 5, 2025.
