[Question (5'1"-5'4")] Is this work appropriate?

I’m starting a new job Tuesday and I am new to dressing business casual. Can’t really add accessories due to the nature of my job. Does this work? Is this too casual? Last photo is my inspo.

Need advice on the size/cut of this shirt

I know it needs to be ironed and I already know y’all hate my pants. I’m specifically looking for advice on the size/cut of the shirt only. NOT the outfit as a whole. I had top surgery last year and I’m trying to find clothes that fit right. It’s a linen blend women’s “boyfriend fit” shirt from old navy. “Men’s” shirts are too long for me and traditional “women’s” cut ones usually have too much boob room. If you have suggestions for alternatives I’d appreciate that too.

Never seen this dyer before! Found at my LYS

OBSESSED with this color way. Going to start my first sock project with this. If you have tips on socks or a favorite pattern for them let me know!

I love my LYS 💓🧶

HUGE thanks to the folks at the Yarnery in St Paul, MN for the help with the yarn math!! I’m planning on making the Norma Sweater by My Favorite Things Knitwear which is my first color work project and my third sweater. If you have tips for color work, I am all ears!

portrait wip sketch

This is a practice self portrait for a bigger piece I plant to paint eventually. Looking for feedback/advice on facial anatomy and likeness. I’m just in the sketching phase of this painting and I want to work out the kinks before I start the actual painting. I know it’s hard to judge based on a basic sketch, but any feedback is appreciated!
