i have been thinking to start a hardware business like pipes sanitary and all but i see there are lot of stores in one road most are just sitting idle. it maybe because jsr people dont spend much. on other hand when i see bangalore or mumbai those store owner are heavy rich have mansion but not in jsr. Why its so hard to do business here?

giys i bought a car in april its been one month. showroom guy were asking me to take loan from his tieup bank as he gets some commission with which he promised me to give seat cover as free. i thought i will take from my bank of baroda bank and bank manager said he will give that 1 percent to the showroom guy as payout and also told me any charge i incur will be reversed i was charged 1900 processing fee so he told it will be reversed. but its been one month and he is just passing time. what should i do can i take any action on him.
i knew that this is going to happen hence 3 days back i already filled 100 lts petrol for safety and hence i am safe for 2 months. i knew people are chutiya hence as soon as prime minister declared I rushed to petrol pump and filled.

i am so happy today because my manager appreciated me. from last 1 year i have not taken any leave and worked very hard my performance is very good so at appraisal he gave me extra 5 percent bonus than others. he also appreciated me that he never show someone who is so hardworking and never take leave and work hard for the conpany. this words from him motivated me a lot to work very hard and become more successful. also for those who is saying you shpuld take leave then i work on startup and if we sont take leave we get that paid i got 4000 per leave for 18 days in my account

i keep on hearing yhis company has done layoff or that company lated off but i dont see any such thing in my circle. in my circle i never heard that someone lost his job or something. so who is actually layed off or is this just a marketing gimmick from companies because i dont see anyone getting layedoff in my circle or company
so i am working in a customer service job earning 60k. i have a remote job and my friend was also working as software engineer at wipro he was earning 45k 2 years back. he told me to start a idli dosa business as he was confident that he will suceed but i didn’t listen and told him there is lot of hardwork hence i dint think it will work. he then asked his another friend and they both started the dosa stall in bangalore. he got busy in his busines and me too so we hardly talked. last week i saw his post where he bought thar roxx and i was surpised then i called him and then i know he is earning way more that what i could have imagined. He makes 10k as a profit per day and now planning to start a full fledged restaurant. i didn’t had the courage to ask him to include me because i did not joined when he asked me in start. I feel i was so dumb i just had to give 3-4 more hours but i feel i lost one of the best opportunity.

i was having dosa near jublee park and a boy came and ask for money. I had given 50 rs seeing their condition but then nearby sugarcane juice stall owner told me why i gave money and he told me this kid earn 1000 rs a day and has multiple land worth crores obviously his father have but still he earn good money per month like 30-40k just by begging. i was shocked to know that.
