I've officially been running my e-com business for a year and it's honestly going much better than expected, but I am absolutely terrible at staying on top of QuickBooks and would like to hire someone to help with reconciliation, quarterly payments, potential s-corp filing, and the likes. I'm netting a steady $8k-$11k per month, so I'm still somewhat budget conscious and not quite at the point where I want to hire a full time CPA, but I recognize that I need the help and am willing to pay for it. Can anyone recommend a service or freelancer who might be able and willing to help me? Thanks in advance!

Aliexpress is no longer a viable platform for dropshipping. I've seen price increases up to 100% across my industry over the past 12-16 months. It's absolutely ridiculous. Some of these increases are due to tax reasons (ie: EU's new €3 customs charge), but most of the increases are just from sellers price gouging. I'm in the US and sellers never brought their prices down after the tariffs were decreased. I've moved most of my orders off platform and now order directly from suppliers, but it still sucks not being able to use Aliexpress anymore when most of my ordering was built around using app integrations.

Two weeks ago, our 13 month old male had an episode of vomiting and diarrhea that lasted about 12 hours. We brought him to the hospital where they gave him IV fluids and anti-nausea meds, but could not provide a diagnosis.

Today, he vomited twice (just small amounts of clear liquid) and is having some diarrhea. We have an appointment with the vet tomorrow, but I'm wondering if anyone has any advice

We have not seen him ingest anything out of the ordinary, nor does he have access to anything that he would try to eat like plants, plastic, hair ties, etc. He has been acting totally normal otherwise. Plenty of energy, no signs of discomfort, still playing and purring.

He has been on Purina sensitive stomach food since we got him 7 months ago. Not for any particular reason, it was just recommended as being a high quality food. We clean his bowls regularly. He drinks water normally. Eats normally.

We are at a loss and have no clue what could be causing this.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around this. How is it "consumer protection" to entitle customers with buyers remorse to a full refund including shipping costs? If I sell something to a customer in the EU that costs $40 to ship and they decide they don't want it, why are they entitled to recoup that shipping cost with the refund?

I clicked a fake captcha which automatically downloaded a txt file to my Google pixel. I deleted the file within a couple of minutes after googling what that was, disconnected my phone from the Internet before reconnecting it to run a Malwarebytes scan, which found only one threat file which I immediately deleted. Am I screwed? Or did I act quickly enough to avoid all of my info getting stolen?

I've been using Asendia for international shipping (from USA) for the past year or so. Recently, I've experienced issues with packages that go missing after getting delivered to their international shipping hub. USPS marks the package as delivered to a person at the Elk Grove Village facility, and then nothing, no updates from there forward. This has happened twice in the past month, and Asendia USA provides zero support. No missing package search, internal investigation, acknowledgement of package possession, identification of responsible carrier, or escalation of my case. They tell me to reach out to PirateShip, who only provides labels and obviously has no control over the shipping process.

Asendia takes zero accountability despite the fact that the package was last marked as being in their possession and they can't prove otherwise. Absolute garbage. I will not continue to use them for international shipments.

The title pretty much sums it up. I upgraded my account and now every single transaction is showing up under expenses with no data available to sort it

I run an e-commerce store all on my own. Recently, I've been experiencing an increased number of chargebacks. A number of them were from customers who reached out about a return, purchased the wrong product, or received the wrong product, and filed chargebacks in less than 24 hours before I had even responded to their inquiries. After speaking to these customers, they usually say something along the lines of they thought they wouldn't hear back from my business and assumed they were going to be ripped off. How do I avoid situations like this? I know hovering over my email and being more responsive is the easiest solution, but are there ways to avoid these situations without having to be constantly connected to my email?

My customer left a 1-star review stating, "I'm still waiting for the product to arrive, but that doesn't reflect on the seller; they just need to find a way to better track deliveries."

It explicitly states that it is about the carrier, not about me, the seller. The tracking information I provided was as detailed as it could be, and any insufficiencies are a result of the carrier, not of my own doing. I requested removal and Etsy denied it. I hate this platform.

I purchased a refurbished (still under warranty) 13W and the WG12 integrated pen is not working. The touch screen works fine. Lenovo pen settings app shows no charge for the pen, though I'm not sure if that applies to this pen or the other bluetooth capable pens. Any ideas?
