Rich Paul on the Positives and Negative of LeBron going back to Cleveland

Rich Paul on the Positives and Negative of LeBron going back to Cleveland

Positives: Big X factor, Brandon Weems. Brandon Weems is basically LeBron’s brother... That is a big feather in the cap

Negative: The negative is, no knock to Harden, but no Garland. He loves Garland like he loves Maxey

A Lebron James Quote from 12 years ago.

A part of the Lee jenkins piece He wrote when he returned in 2014. One part always stood
out and made me think he would return and still stands out

"I always believed that I’d return to Cleveland and finish my career there."

sure he left after saying this but that part can still be true ... Dont over think this, hes hiring a documentary crew

The King is coming home

Grade this off season Scenario

Cavs have about 184 million Commited to the team as of today. 2nd apron is 222 Million. If you do a package of Allen and Strus for PJ washington and Gafford it saves you about 7.5 millon

That would trim you down to About 177 million in team salaries. Now you Figure out Lebron and Hardens money. If Lebron could Do 15 million and Harden does 25 million

You are at 217 million With one roster spots to fill and about 4-5 million to play with.

Harden Donovan Lebron PJ Mobley
Dennis Merrill Tyson Gafford (4-5 Mill signing)
Craig Proctor Meleek Tomlin Bryant

Thats a solid roster and under the 2nd apron. If you move dennis into a cap space team you could have 19-20 mill to play with to sign 2 guys ( think MLE targets like Rui and a vet min or just two solid guys around 8-10 mill)

I would love to see koby do something like this if possible. If love to keep allen and strus but a swap saving a little bit of money can make it SO much easier to achieve the goals we want this summer

thoughts?

Lebron to Golden State is a Smokescreen

if LeBron was ever going to leave the Lakers it was always to return home. If he ever made that 100% known they would only offer him the minimum

acting like Golden State is an option is putting a little bit of pressure on the cavs to create a little bit more flexibility in terms of money like dumping strus+dennis to be able to sign LeBron for around 15-20 million.

The king is coming home.

Hardens New contract Could be up to 38M a year

In his Harden story, @joevardon says Harden’s yearly salary could be in 32-38M range (Previously reported by Vardon to be in the 28-30M range)

Vardon editing his story and going from 28-30M a season to 32-38M a cause for concern? What does everyone think?

Why would so many be against getting Brown if it was possible?

Seeing alot of people saying they wouldnt want JB in a swap for mobley if hes moved to milwaukee.

Why?

Hes a two way player, locked up for years, and would be our BEST player and is a WING

Thats literally everything we have been wanting and needing.

Giving up mobley is tough but brown is better and locked up for years. Plays a more premium position.

Keep the cheaper productive big in allen and allocate evans money to the wing. All you need is a bobby portis type trade after and this roster would be set as well with the 29th selection in the draft

its a no brainer if it was possible

pick a timeline

i've said this a few times over the years but I really just want the Cavs to pick a timeline

if you're gonna commit to winning a championship with Mitchell then do whatever it takes to maximize winning with Mitchell like trading Mobley for Giannis or Jaylen Brown

Or just move Mitchell for an absolute haul and let's start building around Mobley for a different iteration of the future

playing both sides very rarely works where you're trying to win but not fully maximizing it while trying to preserve some of the future you just have to pick a lane and go full

window improvements

Window improvement questions.

recently moved into a new home and the windows from the inside looked beautiful and fairly new

The outdoor frames look a little shaky when you get close and look like they could either need replaced or caulking. I don't really know anything about windows or what I'm looking at so just trying to get some general opinions on if theres anythint that needs done.

I attached some pictures from what it looks like on the inside , but also the outside
