I've seen people describe psychosis as some kind of horrible nightmare filled with paranoia and monster attacks and voices threatening and giving the-reason-you-suck-speeches. The description resembles an actual bad dream. But there are also good, pleasant dreams that you are sad to wake up from! Can there be an equivalent "happy" psychosis where you experience hallucinatory pleasures, intense happiness, voices telling you you're great and how it'd all be alright, supportive hallucinatory people rather than monsters?

It seems like antisocial and schizotypal PDs are completely different and unrelated, but schizotypal and schizophrenia are similar. What's with the weird grouping?
