Experiencing burnout

Hi guys, I think I’m currently experiencing a bit of burnout and this is really impacting my enjoyment of reading, which is usually one of the main outlets I have to unwind. I feel like this, in turn, is adding to my burnout. Have any of you experienced this? Have you got recommendations of how I can get out of this? Or book recs which helped when you were in a similar situation? I like lots of genres like litfic, historical fiction, sci-fi, fantasy. But I feel like anything that requires too much of an imaginative leap is difficult for me atm.
