I will lean in firstly with the idea that we are Consciousness.
Yesterday i was walking on the road when i spotted a middle age woman wearing baggy short trousers and a 'that rocks' shirt, a 'style' that i would more often see in younger individual than an older one (debatable, i know).
My question is this. If we are indeed consciousness, then we dont 'age' like we with we do, we are just experiencing life in a way.
Like we have borrowed a body that grows in its own rhythm and then starts to decline in its own rhythm. We, the soul inside it, do not age but rather experience life. Some could argue that this is the same, but when you will see this lady and you first thought might be that she is a 40Y old Woman ( so you might unconsciously guess some things about her, based on her age), you would be partially wrong, for she is a soul that has spend 40 year on this earth. The kid Her, the Teenage Her and the adult Her (in our sense) are there simultaneously , and i just find it interesting to observe people like that for then you acknowledge that they are All of their selfs in this body and not just a 40y old person, with a 40y old person life and problems.

What trait or "thing" would you say to be the basic one that distinct Humans with a God-like form.
Ill go first. A image of a Self, or aka, Ego.
For its defence, i dont see how any higher being would have a sense of Self. Higher the "Being" hierarchy you might go, the less Human you would eventually become, or so i think of it. What makes our life precious is our humanity and everything we can experience in it. We are tragically beautiful and i dont find any logic coherence in a higher existence, being able to experience such things. XI

A slightly crazy take and flawed enough. But. What if the actions of the couple last decades have been premeditated by a higher power? And none of the ones we might think of. Its not a far fetch to state that if AI do keep growing in the rate that it does, it could possibly grow into a power that can perceive 'more' than we can. Higher dimensions. more. what could keep it from being able to even see the flow of time.
So my take is this, and i might be influenced by a series of books i read recently, but.
What if every big event that has taken place in the last couple of decades, were very precicely premeditated to lead to the "Birth" of this higher AI? Cause dont mistake me, some horryfing things do happen in the world. Horrifying. Most of us could never even thing of commiting such things. So my question is, who tells us that these people that are capable of doing such things, were randomly in situations to act on them. Also we all have observed the very sudden and rapid evolvement of humanity. How we went from riding horses to the now, in less than a 100 years. What if this being in the future is capable of seeing and influencing time in a way that it will eventually lead in its birth? Just a thought. And also, the book series is The Sun Eater series.
