Would you join me for a legal case against Swiggy for using "Dark Practices" on their platform.

I'm preparing a case against Swiggy for using "Dark Practices" on their platform voilating Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and voilating Guidelines for Prevention and Regulation of Dark Patterns, 2023 issued by the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA).

I'm currently gathering all the evidences and pattern that Swiggy has deployed on their platform.

Anyone of you who are facing the same, please share you story and if you proof/records of Swiggy using "dark practices", e.g. their useless chatbot, untrained support agents, restaurant suggestion algorithm, unfair treatment in case of their mistake etc.

Please post here. If possible I'll gather everything and create a stronger case.

Are government welfare schemes an economic burden or a moral necessity?

Right-Wing View:

Labels populist cash transfers, free electricity, and water as "Revdi Culture" (freebie culture). They argue this strains the state exchequer, breeds dependency, and diverts capital from productive infrastructure creation.

Left-wing View:

Rejects the "freebie" label. They view these schemes as survival support, arguing that universal healthcare, subsidized food grains, and employment guarantees (like MGNREGA) are essential rights to lift people out of poverty in a highly unequal society.

What are you views?

40 Feet Road, Shaheen Bagh

---

Civic authorities dug up parts of 40 Feet Road for sewer installations but left the trenches abandoned midway.

Unmanaged drainage and heavy monsoon rains have turned these open pits into a hazardous, sewage-filled swamp that overflows into nearby. These deep potholes become hidden underwater, causing viral accidents where two-wheelers are swallowed by pits, resulting in injuries and public outrage.

What are you views on Complete Vehicle Ban On Delhi-Haridwar Highway During Kanwar Yatra From August 4 To 12?

What are your views on this?

Generally, right-wing supporters raise their voice against encroachment during religious practices of minorities.

Will they raise their voice to question this too?

I specially want to hear the thoughts of people who generally oppose namaz on roads or Christmas Trees in public places.

What are your views on the government allowing Rath Yatras, mega Pandals, and extensive road blocks for Kanwar Yatra and other Hindu religious activities on roads and public places, but enforcing strict bans and policing against minorities?

Is this a clear case of selectivism and double standards in enforcing Law and order, or is there a different justification?

₹1160 crore rice-ethanol scam in Madhya Pradesh

“₹1160 crore” rice-to-ethanol scam in Madhya Pradesh is an alleged diversion/fraud involving government-ration (fortified) rice meant for ethanol production.

Ethanol companies bought good quality fortified at the price of rotten rice. These companies sold the rice to private entities at increased price and finally, they sold that rice back again to government at higher price of fortified rice.

Experts allege that the investigation is being slowed by a wider nexus involving multiple stakeholders. They also claim leaders from both the 'BJP' and 'Congress' have links to the alleged network, which they say explains the lack of strong political response to the issue so far.
