Loving the Campus 00s so far.

Picked these up recently and they've been a great everyday pair so far. They look even better on foot than I expected, and the comfort has been a nice surprise.

How are you guys styling yours these days? Still mostly with baggy jeans, or are you wearing them with other fits too?

My morning seed bowl (~350 kcal) before breakfast

This isn't my actual breakfast—it's something I have before my main meal because it's an easy way to get more fiber, healthy fats, and protein into my diet.

Ingredients:

• Chia seeds – 10 g

• Pumpkin seeds – 10 g

• Sunflower seeds – 10 g

• Curd – 200 ml

• Rock salt – a pinch

• 55% dark chocolate – ~20 g (3 small pieces)

The seeds are soaked overnight. In the morning I mix in the curd, add a pinch of rock salt, and top it with the dark chocolate.

Approx. macros:

• ~350 kcal

• Protein: ~16 g

• Carbs: ~23 g

• Fat: ~23 g

• Fiber: ~9 g

Good source of fiber, omega-3s, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin E.

Anything you'd add or change?

High-bar squat — what would you change first?

Been working on making my squat more consistent and wanted some honest feedback.

If you were coaching this lift, what would you change first? Depth, bracing, bar path, stance, or something else?

I've always squatted high bar, so I'm also curious whether low bar might suit my build better. For those who've trained both, did switching to low bar help you squat more weight?

Imagine making life-changing money in crypto... what’s the smartest way to cash out in India? 😭

Hypothetical question.

Let's say you suddenly made life-changing money from crypto.

What's the smartest way to cash out in India without creating unnecessary problems?

I've read a lot about P2P-related bank freezes, large transactions getting flagged, and the challenges of withdrawing big amounts. It made me wonder how people who have actually been through this would handle it.

Would you:

\- Cash out gradually or all at once?

\- Use P2P, or avoid it completely for large amounts?

\- Stick to Indian exchanges, or use another approach?

\- Handle taxes and documentation in a particular way?

If you've dealt with large withdrawals before, what would you recommend—and what mistakes should people avoid?

Current supplement stack — anything you'd add, remove, or change?

I've been training for about 3 years.

Goal: Build muscle and get stronger.

Diet:

  • Mostly home-cooked meals
  • Whey protein to help meet my daily protein intake

Why I take these supplements:

  • Creatine — for strength and training performance
  • Magnesium glycinate — for sleep and recovery
  • Ashwagandha — for stress and recovery
  • Vitamin D3 — because I don't get much sunlight
  • Limcee (Vitamin C) — to help meet my daily vitamin C intake

Main question: Is anything here unnecessary? Any other supplements you'd recommend?

Tried the Special Mandi at Girlfriend Mandi. What do you guys think of this place?

Ordered the Special Mandi at Girlfriend Mandi.

The fish fry and barbecue chicken were my favorite parts of the platter. There was a good variety overall.

For those who've been here, how would you rate it?

Also, if you know a better mandi place in Hyderabad, let me know. I'd love to try it next.

Made homemade chocolate milk. Any tips to make it even better? 😋

Made this with buffalo milk, 90% dark chocolate, cocoa powder, and sugar.

It turned out pretty good, but I think it can be better.

Would 75% dark chocolate work better than 90%?

Has anyone tried using dates instead of sugar? Or is there a better sugar substitute that still tastes good?

Any other tips to make it richer or creamier?

Milky Mist vs Amul Ice Cream — Who makes better chocolate & butterscotch?

Thinking of trying one, but I'm confused.

For those who've had both, which brand does chocolate and butterscotch better?

Looking for honest opinions on taste, creaminess, and value for money.

Is a "Genuine Leather" belt from a brand like Tommy Hilfiger worth it,

I’m looking for a durable belt for casual wear. I see many premium brands (like Tommy Hilfiger) stamped as "Genuine Leather."

I know "Genuine Leather" is typically considered the lowest tier and prone to cracking or peeling, but does a recognized brand name actually mean better quality, or is it just paying for the logo?

Is there any reality where these last a long time, or should I skip fashion brands entirely and look for a dedicated leather shop for thick, full-grain leather?

Recommendations for full-grain leather belts available in India are welcome.

Nike Killshot 2 Premium on foot

Saw these in store today and tried them on out of curiosity.

The fold-over tongue looked a bit odd in photos, but they looked much better on foot than I expected.

For anyone who wears them regularly, how have they been holding up?

Tried the Nike Killshot 2 Premium today and can't stop thinking about them

Walked into the store with absolutely no plans to buy sneakers and somehow ended up spending 15 minutes staring at these.

The fold-over tongue looked a bit weird online, but seeing them on foot completely changed my mind. They look a lot better in person than they do in product photos.

For anyone who owns a pair, how are they holding up? Do you find yourself reaching for them often?

Gazelles or Sambas — which are you taking?

Picked up these red Gazelles a few weeks ago and honestly, I wasn't expecting to like them this much.

The more I wear them, the more I feel like Gazelles don't get nearly as much attention as Sambas.

Are you taking Gazelles or Sambas, and why?

Also curious — do you guys actually wear brighter colors, or do you mostly stick to black, grey, navy, and white?

What's the biggest "ego lift" you see people doing in gyms?

For me it's probably face pulls.

I see a lot of people loading way more weight than they can control and then jerking the weight around until it ends up looking more like a row than a face pull.

High-bar squat form check – depth and technique feedback?

Looking for honest feedback on this squat single from a recent leg workout.

Does the depth look okay?

Anything I should improve with bracing, bar path, or stance?

I've always squatted high bar. For those who've switched to low bar, did it help you squat more weight, and was it worth the switch?

Appreciate any feedback.

Am I crazy, or are Gazelles actually better than Sambas?

Finally picked up these Gazelles and honestly, I was not expecting to like them this much.

The more I wear them, the more I feel like Gazelles do not get nearly as much attention as Sambas. In my opinion, they are more comfortable, easier to wear for long periods, and not nearly as common as Sambas.

Thinking of gifting these Adidas Gazelles to my sister for her birthday. Good choice or nah?

I personally love this colorway, but I'm not sure if I'm looking at it from a sneakerhead perspective or if it's actually a good everyday gift.

Would you be happy to receive these as a birthday gift, or would you go for a different color/model instead?

Especially interested in hearing women's opinions, but all feedback is welcome.
