Audi A4 b9 head gasket concern

I just picked up my car from the shop and the mechanic accidentally damaged the coolant hose, I was gonna get it replaced when the part came in so I drove it a little bit but my coolant dumped suddenly and my temps would go high and come back down, it would fluctuate a lot I drove it for 2-4 mins then completely stopped and got it towed there were no warnings to turn off the engine or anything but I was on very low coolant when I got out my car. Do you think I damaged my head gasket ?

Headlight bulbs W204

Does anyone know what bulbs to get I want to upgrade the lights on my w204 c300 to white leds kinda like the second image but I think the second image has an aftermarket headlight but the same idea of white leds
