Friend might have something "attached" to him-- looking for advice.

I'll try to give a thorough explanation and a TLDR at the end too.

For context, I am a Neo-Pagan and my friend is LDS.

My friend recently went to a haunted museum, and I'm a firm believer in the fact that words carry energy and I don't want to share too many details, but he experienced many physical side effects (feeling cold, headaches in certain rooms or around certain objects, ears ringing, anger) during his time there and ONLY reacted to objects related to the Jewish religion and Nazi artifacts and symbolism. He's never had a fear or problem with either of these groups specifically (obviously he believes that Nazis were bad [duh] and as an LDS person he doesn't agree with the Jewish religion, but nothing more than that).

That night, he slept very heavily-- he said he went straight to bed when he got home which was unusual for him and he said he felt EXTREMELY tired. The next day, the exhaustion persisted, and he had a really bad day supposedly, and then took a nap (which he claimed was also unusual) and he had a nightmare. He said that the nightmare felt like he was seeing visions of "things he wasn't meant to see" and he remembered the entire thing vividly after he woke up. He says he isn't prone to nightmares and has never felt this way.

He called my partner about the issue right after, and my partner knows I'm a bit more familiar about this stuff, so he handed the phone to me, which is when he told me about all of this.

We were supposed to see him right after the call, which was last night, but he said he was just too tired and he had work today, so he went to bed. Today, he went to work, and then he went on an offroading trip with a coworker. I mentioned to my partner that it didn't seem like a good idea, especially if our friend does actually have something paranormal, spiritual, or generally negative attached to or effecting him. That kind of stuff brings back luck, in my opinion.

Like I expected, while he was out, his relatively new tire on his truck popped. He was just driving over sand, dirt, and rocks, so there wasn't much that could've popped his tire. He HAD to drive back on his rim, towed by his coworker, and his rim is DESTROYED. I don't have a photo but I saw what happened to it-- there's literally chunks of it missing in strange places. Just from driving over dirt. He's currently driving back, but he probably won't be back for a while.

He believes that some sort of Nazi spirit has attached itself to him. If this is true, what can be done to help him? Is there anything I, as a metaphysical believer and practicer, can do?

I made him a protective spelljar but have yet to give it to him. I suggested he reach out to his church's spiritual leaders for prayer and safety, and carry his cross necklace with him. I told him that if anything is attached to him, it is only as powerful as the power he gives to it.

I also suggested a tarot card to see if we can learn anything about whatever could be attached to him (not to invite anything to speak or have space, I know that that's bad). All I have other than that is smoke cleansing, Palo Santo spray, and selenite, but I'm willing to invest in other materials for a ritual if there is one I can do.

If it's not something spiritual, negative, or demonic, and he's just having an adverse reaction to Jewish or Nazi memorabilia... does anyone have any other advice?

TLDR; friend visited a haunted museum and believes he has a Nazi spirit attached to him. What should we do about it?

Looks like a Silkpost

Didn't know the Wormways -> Shellwood pogo skip was a thing, watched my partner do it on his first playthrough. The Far Fields -> Greymoor air duct explosion area hasn't been exploded, so there isn't a gaint hole in the ground. Really cool details in this game.

Sorry if this is well-known. I had no idea about it.

What did I do?

I've had this shitty little HP laptop for a long, long, long time. I believe I deleted some very important processing files when I was younger. In the file explorer menu, whenever an attempt is made to access any of the drop downs under "this PC", a message like this one is shown. There are a couple more file features that are inaccessible but I forget which ones or how to trigger the screens that tell me what's "unavailable".

Computer storage is shown to be extremely full while there is virtually nothing on the computer but a few dnd character sheet pdfs and screenshots. When I try to reboot it, another pop-up claims I don't have enough storage to reboot it.

No hardware has ever been replaced or tampered with. It is connected to the internet. I don't think the ports have ever known the touch of a USB/hard drive besides the one I use for my wireless mouse.

What can be done? I would like to use this for documents pertaining to Dungeons and Dragons.

I know nothing about computers, so if you do have any advice, please explain it to me like I am a caveman.

I've been having lots of nightmares about being attacked recently. TW for SA reference?

Recently, within the past month, I've had at least 5 nightmares about being threatened or attacked, usually with knives. Last night, or maybe the night before (I was reminded of it during the day today, it was a deja vu moment) I dreamt that someone >!held a gun to my head and, if I remember correctly, was threatening to sexually assault me,!< which is a big fear of mine. It startled me especially because the gun was cold and heavy. I woke up before anything happened.

Before that, I had dreams about having knives thrown at me (in one such scenario, a knife got stuck in my shoulder in the dream, and I jolted awake and gripped my arm. I remember it being agonizing but it went away only a few seconds after). I had another dream where someone I trusted attacked me with knives. I remember it stinging where they slashed.

In another dream, my current partner and his ex were attempting to drug me with a syringe.

Probably the worst thing about all of this? I don't wake up. I stay in the nightmare. Usually the "plot" changes very quickly, so the "bad and scary" part goes away. The time the knife was stuck in my arm (the first dream which I'd been attacked with a knife in that I can remember) was the only such time I've woken up in fear.

What's even more troubling is that nothing in my environment has really changed recently. Nothing is new in my life that would make me have nightmares like this. It's starting to really bother me.

I want to learn how to make my own clothes.

Starting with this skirt. I really would appreciate some beginner suggestions on how I would go about making something like this.

Does anyone know any other reddits I could ask for suggestions on fabric types?

The pleats are the most confusing part, plus the black strips for the black keys... should I sew those before or after the pleats? How should I attach the black fabric of the upper part to the white?

Sorry if this is too specific.

Help with beads and making holes in them...

I'm fairly new to using polymer clay, and new to this process, so Im looking for some advice...

I made some beads through the process where you roll out cylinders and cut it up, if that makes sense.

I'm having issues piercing holes through them.. they keep warping. I've tried doing it faster, slower... am I just too heavy handed? Are they too small?

I wouldn't like to reform every single one on the needle once I pierce it... I could really use some tips.

For reference, I'm using embroidery needles.

Recommendations please.

Sorry if I sound picky, stupid, or rude. I am desperate.

I am 5'5, 135lbs and have slight scoliosis and wide shoulders. I used to sleep on my stomach and sides but now I can only sleep on my back because I have very very bad shoulder pain from sleeping on a very very firm mattress. I don't feel comfortable on almost anything I sit or lay on, I'm only comfortable if something is EXTREMELY soft-- I sleep best in my best friend's bed whose mattress is VERY soft. I can't get a whole new mattress right now, does anyone have any recommendations for toppers or foam pads or literally anything that could help? I'm aiming for extremely soft, literally as close to a cushioned cloud as I could get. Please help me out.

Something on this chalcedony(?)

My mom got this cute geode from my great grandma's house after she passed. I believe it's chalcedony, and was curious if anyone could help me figure out what the orange spot is and if it could be cleaned. I attempted to (gently) scrub it with a nail brush and rinse it under water. It glows green under a blacklight, which makes me think it's not rust. Any advice? How can I clean it, if it's something that can be cleaned?

Troubling constipation, not super painful but extremely distracting

I'm 19 AFAB (nonbinary) about 5'5, probably around 130-145lbs (I lose and gain weight over the course of a week sometimes) and usually have regular bowel movements once per day, or every two days, sometimes every three days if I'm busy, stressed, or about to have my period (but I've been home and relaxing for three days and just finished my period).

I have severe anxiety (undiagnosed) and a "difficult" relationship with food.

Three days ago, I went out for sushi and wasn't able to eat nearly as much as usual. I got a very sharp stomachache and was hoping it was just too much food or something.

I haven't pooped since then. I've tried chia seeds, fiber, lots more water. Last night, I attempted prune juice and I'm fairly certain it was expired (never had prune juice before, apparently it's supposed to be sweet-- mine was bitter and sour).

I've been able to pass small amounts of gas, but usually I'm.. fairly gassy, so this is very unusual.

Stomach doesn't appear any different, feels a little firm towards the bottom right and having some dull pain there, but the intensity of the pain has gradually gone away.

I've taken laxatives before and the pain has made me a little nervous to try again, but I will if necessary. I would greatly appreciate some pointers or advice. I'd like to try anything more "natural" before medication, because I don't have a way to go and purchase it currently, but I'll figure it out if needed.

EDIT: I also forgot to mention; I am desperately hungry. I've eaten like normal, but I feel like I haven't eaten all day. I keep burping and feeling the need to burp.

Saw something like this mfer in my friend's toilet. Didn't have my phone, needed to go so he was flushed. Swam, and swam like the cell stage of a creature in SPORE**.

I'm thinking silverfish? Any ideas? Sorry for the bad drawing.
