Friend might have something "attached" to him-- looking for advice.
I'll try to give a thorough explanation and a TLDR at the end too.
For context, I am a Neo-Pagan and my friend is LDS.
My friend recently went to a haunted museum, and I'm a firm believer in the fact that words carry energy and I don't want to share too many details, but he experienced many physical side effects (feeling cold, headaches in certain rooms or around certain objects, ears ringing, anger) during his time there and ONLY reacted to objects related to the Jewish religion and Nazi artifacts and symbolism. He's never had a fear or problem with either of these groups specifically (obviously he believes that Nazis were bad [duh] and as an LDS person he doesn't agree with the Jewish religion, but nothing more than that).
That night, he slept very heavily-- he said he went straight to bed when he got home which was unusual for him and he said he felt EXTREMELY tired. The next day, the exhaustion persisted, and he had a really bad day supposedly, and then took a nap (which he claimed was also unusual) and he had a nightmare. He said that the nightmare felt like he was seeing visions of "things he wasn't meant to see" and he remembered the entire thing vividly after he woke up. He says he isn't prone to nightmares and has never felt this way.
He called my partner about the issue right after, and my partner knows I'm a bit more familiar about this stuff, so he handed the phone to me, which is when he told me about all of this.
We were supposed to see him right after the call, which was last night, but he said he was just too tired and he had work today, so he went to bed. Today, he went to work, and then he went on an offroading trip with a coworker. I mentioned to my partner that it didn't seem like a good idea, especially if our friend does actually have something paranormal, spiritual, or generally negative attached to or effecting him. That kind of stuff brings back luck, in my opinion.
Like I expected, while he was out, his relatively new tire on his truck popped. He was just driving over sand, dirt, and rocks, so there wasn't much that could've popped his tire. He HAD to drive back on his rim, towed by his coworker, and his rim is DESTROYED. I don't have a photo but I saw what happened to it-- there's literally chunks of it missing in strange places. Just from driving over dirt. He's currently driving back, but he probably won't be back for a while.
He believes that some sort of Nazi spirit has attached itself to him. If this is true, what can be done to help him? Is there anything I, as a metaphysical believer and practicer, can do?
I made him a protective spelljar but have yet to give it to him. I suggested he reach out to his church's spiritual leaders for prayer and safety, and carry his cross necklace with him. I told him that if anything is attached to him, it is only as powerful as the power he gives to it.
I also suggested a tarot card to see if we can learn anything about whatever could be attached to him (not to invite anything to speak or have space, I know that that's bad). All I have other than that is smoke cleansing, Palo Santo spray, and selenite, but I'm willing to invest in other materials for a ritual if there is one I can do.
If it's not something spiritual, negative, or demonic, and he's just having an adverse reaction to Jewish or Nazi memorabilia... does anyone have any other advice?
TLDR; friend visited a haunted museum and believes he has a Nazi spirit attached to him. What should we do about it?
