**I have a specific technical question regarding the behavior of iCloud Photos syncing:**
**If the total size of the photos on my iPhone is 8 GB, and my available iCloud storage space is 5 GB, will iCloud completely refuse to start the sync process from the very beginning?**
**Does the system treat the entire photo library as a single unified package that requires the available cloud space to be equal to or greater than the total library size before it begins syncing anything at all? Or will it selectively sync 5 GB worth of photos chronologically and then stop?**

Sync photos that dont work? Synchronizing photos does not work. The available iCloud space was 5 GB. I thought of buying a 50 GB package will save 5 GB of photos, but in fact it will not sync any image from my device.

I have an iCloud that I haven**'**t used for two years and I forgot the email. Will Apple delete it?
