I am getting really worried about my Infosys hiring status and wanted to know if anyone else is facing a similar situation.

I was selected for both SE and DSE roles. In my Infosys Careers portal, both applications still show the "Withdraw" button. However, over the last few days, many students from my college who were selected have seen their status change to "Decision Pending".

From what I have heard, "Decision Pending" is usually the final status update before Infosys releases the offer letter. Also, in my region, students from some other colleges have already received DOJs for May 25 and June 22.

What is making me anxious is that almost everyone else's portal status seems to have been updated, while mine has remained on "Withdraw" for a very long time without any change.

Has anyone else been selected for SE/DSE and still has the "Withdraw" status? Did your status eventually change? If anyone has experienced something similar or has any information, I would really appreciate your insights.

I think I might be suffering from depression and I really need someone to listen.

I’m 22 and for the last 6 years my family has been living in a very stressful situation because of my mother’s OCD. Since COVID, she has become extremely focused on cleanliness and contamination. There are specific parts of the house we are not allowed to touch. If we touch them, we have to bathe again and sometimes she cleans the whole house again.

Whenever we go outside, we have to come back through another gate, bathe, and only then enter the house. Anything bought from outside gets washed. If guests come over, the entire house gets cleaned again and everyone bathes again. This has been going on every single day for years.

My mom is actually a caring and loving person, which makes this even harder. I know she’s struggling too. But at home there are constant fights between me, my mom, and my dad because of all this. My brother is mentally disabled by birth, so he doesn’t understand what’s happening either.

I recently got a job offer but still haven’t received the joining date. I keep hoping that once I start earning, I can move my family into a new rented home and maybe things will improve. My mom herself said she feels she may not continue these cleaning habits in a new house. But it may take me another year to settle financially and I honestly feel mentally exhausted already.

I also went through heartbreak recently. I loved someone deeply because I always wanted love and emotional support in my life. For some time he acted caring, but later I realized it was more of a situationship and he never truly loved me. I still sometimes check his social media and wonder why I wasn’t enough.

Even though I have friends, I constantly feel like nobody truly chooses me first. I cry almost every day when nobody is around. I feel emotionally lonely all the time and lately I’ve been having suicidal thoughts too.

I don’t even know what I’m expecting from posting this. Maybe I just wanted someone to finally hear me.

• Did they mention anything about when the next batches for 2026 graduates will be called for training or onboarding?
