Hello! I’ve been using NB shoes for my badminton games lately. Medyo nacoconscious na ako for using non-badminton shoes sa court. What can you recommend?

I’m 5,11, 70kg, hindi naman din wide feet ko (if that matters). Budget is like 2-3k. May mga nakikita ako online like kawasaki pero parang motor haha jk.

I’m running 10km on Sunday for the UP Fight Run. It’s my first fun run! I’d any appreciate tips for the preps (anything to bring, etc).

Also, i dont want to be late. So if i’m coming from caloocan, what time should i be at the venue to avoid being late. Gun starts at 4am. Considering the distance and potential traffic, any thoughts?

Im 33M, was in an almost 5yr relationship with an F30. I know i am bi but i kinda felt pressured so i pursued this relationship. I fell in love with her naman, and i did all that i can naman to make her feel loved.

She was so eager na to settle down, get married. Whenever we get to this topic, I tend to deviate about because Im afraid to settle, because I know i have identity crisis which she does not know about.

Until she called it off. Heartbreaking, yes. Freeing, yes. But a part of me feel guilty for not telling her the truth about me. Should I?
