Bhai yaar sab NITs ki placements gir ri hai. In josaa i can get NIT allahabad, jaipur etc and below, for chem. And in csab i will get rkl and warangal(avoiding warangal). To batao konsa best hai? provided merko gate wagera krna hai, jitna chill utna better and campus placement better ho

bhai im around 190-191 cm, army ke liye mera max weight hai 80 around. Navy ke liye 76-77 bisi T_T bhai i was 93.3 1 year ago, rn im 81kg, decent muscle definition, can run 6+km, 40pushups, chinups nhi hote vo baat alag hai. Physical activity bhi daily 2 hours sports, 4 days a week gym, diet bhi clean hai, ab fat loss plateau ho gya T_T ab trainer sir ne bola aur kam karega to performance dip hogi, and metabolism slow hone ke chance hai, muscle loss ke chance hai. Kya karu???
