>From novels to essays and homework to coding, it’s going to be a whole lot harder having Claude to be your go-to ghostwriter. Claude models launched on or after 2 August will have an invisible embedded watermark on all of its generated content. This is part of Anthropic’s commitment to transparency in accordance with the European Union AI Act. Announced on Monday, Anthropic said the new Claude models will embed an “imperceptible watermark” onto its generated texts. (continued...)

I was close to picking an Arbor deck, but I like the “half drop” shape of this Prism.

Conclusion
Updating Ubuntu 26 from the command line is a straightforward process that offers more control and flexibility compared to the GUI-based updates. By following the fundamental concepts, usage methods, common practices, and best practices outlined in this post, you can ensure that your Ubuntu system is up-to-date and secure. Remember to always check for errors, back up your data, and test updates in a virtual machine if necessary.
How loud should you actually be when doing this style of vocals to avoid damage? Right now, I do it at “medium/loud talking” level. Should I be pushing harder or no?
I once heard advice that you should let the recording equipment do the work for amplification and not push it too much.
FBI were seen raiding Elon Musk’s church in New Jersey in the early hours of this morning. Musk’s representatives couldn’t be reached for comment.
You need the winetricks package installed.
In Heroic, open settings for the game. Latest GE-Proton. Esync, Fsync and "Auto install DXVK-NVAPI on Prefix" enabled.
At the bottom of settings, click "WineTricks". Let it do its thing. When it's done, click "Open WineTricks GUI" on top right. Click "OK" and select "Install a font" on the next screen. Then select the "Install all fonts" option.
After that, everything worked. When terms and conditions came up, hit accept and it launched as normal. If it doesn't work the first time, try again. I'm also logged in to Epic Games in Heroic, if that makes a diff. 3DMark inside the game is fully working.
This might work for the first PCBS1 too. Fonts are usually the missing dependency for Windows applications.
After experimenting, I just went into Controller Settings inside the game and set the controller to Xbox 360. Now right and left triggers are working as expected. This might be a fix for other controllers and platforms with reversed triggers too.
So The Borg has decided I am no longer allowed to write code on my own computer without training Microsoft's AI in the process. They literally will not let me disable this plugin. Going to uninstall Visual Studio Code completely.
Share what you learned or found out the hard way. I’ll start.
When texting, try not to send more than one message at a time. If you keep sending multiple texts, the other person may be annoyed by too many notifications or sounds.
Wait for the other person to respond before writing more.
Make sure what you’re writing is related to what they’re saying. In other words, don’t dump a bunch of facts you find interesting, unless you were specifically asked to. The other person must also share your interest.
When text messaging, try not to write more than two or three sentences at a time unless absolutely necessary. People don’t want to read a book worth of information in a message.
If you don’t know the person’s well, wait at least 30 seconds to reply unless it’s urgent. This avoids overwhelming the other person.
I want the Grind as master and TD-3 as slave. Grind on MIDI channel 1, TD3 on channel 2.
I want TD-3’s sequencer to start and play its own melody in time with the Grind.
I enabled MIDI clock send on the grind. TD3 sync mode set to MIDI.
When I press play on the Grind sequencer, the TD3 doesn’t start. It’s lit up red like it’s waiting for a start signal, but doesn’t seem to get one.
If I set TD3 to the same MIDI channel, it will play same notes from the Grind but its sequencer doesn’t work.
So, does Grind sequencer not send a start signal via MIDI? I verified the settings of both machines on SynthTribe and don’t see why this isn’t working.
Edit: Fix in the comments. Basically messing with Shift + Hold + 8 on the Grind seemed to “wake up” the Clock Out setting in SynthTribe. It was already set to On but it seemed to be ignored until I manually poked around the sync settings on the Grind.
Am I the asshole for being delighted that he now gets a taste of what I've been through? I was stuck inside my house for a long time, unable to walk properly and this guy spent much of that time standing outside, making awful comments about me to whoever would listen.
