B12 vs Glycine?

Hi all! I am getting ready to order my next shipment and I was wondering if anyone who's taken the B12 and glycine could give their experiences? I have been on the B12 for since I started a few months ago and its been great, I'm just curious if I may like the glycine as well/maybe more?

I'm really very sad :(

My very first litter of kittens get returned to the shelter tomorrow to get fixed and put up for adoption. I bottle fed these kittens. I've had them since they were three weeks old. I have four adult cats already, so its not an option for me to keep another but it's so sad. How do y'all deal with this? :(

Surprising NSV!

I will be taking my 4th poke tomorrow. I started at the end of June. Just put of curiosity I calculated how much money I spent on Doordash the month of June. $250! I put off buying this medication for so long because I couldn't afford it. I haven't spent a single penny on eating out since starting Tirzepatide! For reference my prescription comes out to $116/month. I'm saving so much money!

I have a recommendation...

Hi all! I just recently finished reading 'The Obligations We Keep' by KnolleOrNothing. I've been reading Dramione for over 15 years and this is really unlike anything else I've ever read. It's 8th year Hogwarts, and focused heavily on Legilomency and Occlumency. I just wanted to share since I enjoyed it so much!

P.S. the spice is spicing 😉

Eating enough?

I'm on day 10 of being on B12 compounded Tirzepatide at 1.5mg. Immediately my hunger and food noise went away, which is truly amazing, but I'm a little worried about how little I want to eat. I've been tracking my calories for the past 5 days and I'm averaging around 1,000 per day. I have PCOS/PMOS and have seen a lot of women warning against putting your body into starvation mode at this low of caloric intake, and how it'll raise my cortisol even more, and even though I'm in a deficit my body will hold on to the fat to try and 'survive'. For reference, at my highest weight I was 282 pounds with maintenance calories around 2,400. Just curious if anyone has any insight on if I need to be forcing myself to eat more.

What is the white appendage?

I thought this snail was female because I've seen another snail with its snenis inserted, but now I'm not sure? This snail was dead within a few hours of this photo and now I'm curious if its because its snenis was being inverted and boinked to death 😭 is that even possible?
