Winton is an infamous meme in the fandom at this point and Blizzard really should have made something special for the anniversary, like a weapon charm or voiceline or even that Winton skin concept from a while ago.
Some of this data can feel skewed because of the Ult charge nerfs but the costs themselves are still accurate.
(Also since it is not on the list Bruce Banner's Ult Cost is 600).

She is one of my favorite Autism Head cannons and I find her very relatable,even when she says or does more questionable things, Despite Chainsaw Man’s ending she was my favorite aspect of part 2.

Hello Junker Queen mains, i have been playing more Junker Queen recently and i have been enjoying her. I have thought of some changes to her that i think would improve her without being too much.

I think Overwatch Classic (1) characters should have their old character select animations available as free highlight intros automatically unlocked in the cosmetics page.I think this would be a small but nice addition for those who like and miss the old animations. I think with the Tenth Anniversary happening it would be the best time if it were to happen.
Hello Reed mains,I know Mr Fantastic has never been a very strong character but as someone who enjoys playing him i am disappointed that he remains among the weakest Duelists, even after several buffs he still struggles to compete w. so i believe the best buff he could receive would be to rework him into a Vanguard. This is my concept for a Mister Fantastic Rework.
-Mister Fantastic moved from the Duelist role to the Vanguard role
-Increase Base Health from 375 to 525
-Increase Base Stretch Punch damage while in Inflated State from 80 to 85
-Reduce Cooldown of Reflexive Rubber from 12 seconds to 8 seconds
-Inflated State can now be manually entered after reaching 100 elasticity -Brainiac Bounce New Effect - after the Ultimate ends gain 60 elasticity
-Brainiac Bounce New Effect - Eliminating an enemy grants an additional leap for a maximum of three additional leaps.
