Are these reasonable prices for accessibility services?

I’m trying to start a business targeting state and local government. Before I meet with important folks to ask for contracts/funding, I wanted to get some feedback on my pricing to make sure I’m not quoting anything ridiculously high or low. I’ll have some outside funding and will have at least 1-2 junior consultants under me. I know technology and accessibility, but the business side is uncharted territory.

People who blame moral decay for everything

I don't know who needs to hear this, but There is nothing special about the world today or the younger generations. You were just ignorant and naive and didn’t have an algorithm feeding you videos of every bad thing that happens.

Seriously, tens of thousands of years of theft, slavery, genocide, and more, and you think bullies and petty criminals are somehow indicative of a moral decline? If anything, we're more empathetic and peaceful than any other point in human history. Evil still exists, bad things still happen, but you’d see the same shit if you dropped a camera anywhere else in history.

Our CFO brings her kids to work and lets them run around unsupervised

I'm sitting in my office listening to three kids under 10 being hyper as fuck in what's supposed to be a sensory room for our clients. It's next door to me. Their mom works in a completely different building. No one here to watch them.

I wonder what would happen if it was my kids.

What do you do for a living?

For those of you who are working, what do you do? I'm so bored in my current role and am looking for ideas. I just want to hear about what you do for work.

Recommendations for orc home/stronghold

I'm planning a playthrough as a stronghold orc. I want a nice player home that is orc-themed or in a stronghold itself. I found a couple candidates, but I was hoping someone who has played with one or more of them could tell me what it was like.

First up, this mod that lets you become chief seems really cool, but it looks like it might be unfinished and like it might be pretty jank. Is it worth it or does it fall short of its potential? If it’s good enough to be enjoyable, it will probably be what I go with.

Second, Tharash Dol - Orc Stronghold and Player Home. It’s a close second, but is right next to a giant camp and mentions that mammoths sometimes wander into town, which sounds a little goofy. If you’ve tried with it, were the neighbors annoying or did they not cause much trouble?

Last but not least, Rushnogal Stronghold - Orcish Player Home. It’s a bit smaller and simpler than the other two, but is warming on me. It seems like it’s finished, in a good spot, and so on. It’s my fall back if the other two aren’t as good as they sound, because ruling a stronghold would be sick.

So any recommendations or thoughts? Which one do you think I should go with? Is there one that’s better that I missed? I’m hoping to get some ideas without having to go in and test each individual one, if possible. Thank you for taking the time to help.

best dragon mod?

Looking around on Nexus and building my own custom mod list. I want a mod to breathe some extra life into dragons, but there are several options that seem similar (diverse dragons, immersive dragons, dragon war, etc.)

What's your favorite mod to give dragons some new toys without making them too overpowered. I'm most comfortable on adept, with expert difficulty if I'm in the mood for a challenge. Hopefully that gives you an idea on what I can handle lol.

Mercer not spawning for Blindsighted quest

I'm attempting to complete the thieves' guild questline, but this is the second character in a row where it broke at exactly the same spot and I cannot figure out how to progress.

I reach the last room in the dungeon, where he's supposed to be on top of the falmer statue, but he is not there. It speaks the first line of dialogue, "Karliah, when will you learn you can't drop on me?" but then nothing happens and he does not appear.

The UESP wiki lists this is a bug and suggests two solutions:

* setstage to advance the quest: journal updates, my friends and I can move. The chamber gets rumbly, but the platform doesn’t collapse and no Nercer.
* prid on Mercer and moveto player: does nothing. Mercer gets selected but he still doesn’t appear.

On my last character, I tried just giving myself the items I need and marking the quest complete, but this permanently broke Karliah and Brynjolf’s AI.

I’m at a loss and hoping someone can offer a suggestion. Thank you so much for any help you can give.
