I have a Cetme parts kit with the original barrel and trunnion. Bolt gap with that combo is .015. I want to use an FMP bolt carrier group as I want to be able to use G3 locking pieces. With the FMP carrier group I measure 0 gap. I have pressed this barrel a good 1/16 of an inch out and still show no bolt gap and still am showing .015 with the original. What am I doing wrong??
Bro. If you see this plz tell me you didn’t pay $17 for shipping😂
Gonna add a cheap Amazon red dot. The hand guard I designed and the brace was the Tubee22 revised stock by 250smacks. I modified it by adding a “fin” design and adding 2 loops for Velcro retention.
(re-upload as I was doxing myself in the last one)
It’s a stainless steel 1/2x28 to 5/8x24 thread adapter. I heated it up and tapped it on with a piece of wood. Tight fit up after cooling. Wonder if I should silver solder it or if the interference fit is good enough.

Is this the print orientation yall are going with for the Galileo? It seems like it would be weak on the layer lines since it’s printing straight up like this. I printed one and it turned out absolutely perfect. But one firm squeeze and it broke along the layer lines. Maybe it won’t have much or any flex once the trigger pack is installed?
230C
60C bed
45mm/s print speed
Fan is set to 10 minimum and 40 max
PLA+ Matte
Weird surface finish issues with PLA+
Ok, ok. I know the HellPup gets hate due to the cast trunnions in the past(rightfully so). Just like the Century junk. BUT I am seeing they’re being sold with forged trunnions now. Are they better now or still a no go?
Looking for a set of 255/70r15. Options seem pretty limited. I’m considering Hankook Kinergy ST since they’re $134 on Amazon and made here. They’re doing on a daily driven long bed 85 c10. I want something smoother than the all terrains I have currently. Looking for highway terrain.
Looking to buy property and put a modular home on said property. Lender is saying I will need to put 20% down for the property purchase and the modular will be 3.5% down as it’s FHA. Does this sound correct? I have been told once the property is purchased both the property and house will be on the same FHA loan.

Should have just printed in the correct orientation
I have probably 400 hours on my Centauri Carbon and a good part of that has been failed prints. It started when I was getting the 103 error after replacing my hot end with an Amazon one. I couldn’t even print 5 minutes without getting the error. So I purchased a micro Swiss. It was good for a while. But now this is at least the 2nd time I have gotten a 103 error like 40 hours into a 400 gram print. I had one print that failed at 99.5%!!!! I am printing with PPA-CF at 320C. The max the printer can run at. It fails to do a PID auto tune (completely still by the way) unless I remove the tool head cover with the part cooling fan. Is it possible the hot end fan isn’t adequately cooling when the tool head is installed? I’m really frustrated and disappointed and about to go back to my Ender 3 lol.
