I have few questions. Some might sound silly. Please bear with me and help.

1. Where is sannidhanam office? Is it different from cro office?

2. Do we get Accommodation in goutami house if we ask while submitting accommodation receipt? Is goutami stay far from temple?

3. Is sanitizer allowed in tirumala? (Iike dettol small bottle) as it is in plastic? Or do they ask us to throw at alipiri checkpoint? Also, can we take sanitizer inside temple in the handbag or small bag?

4. Do the accommodation rooms have mirrors? 1000 rupees.

Trying my luck here to get some more info as I tried and got limited info in other forums and no response on Tirumala insta pages.

I booked Srivani Trust tickets for August and opted for accommodation during the advance booking. Can someone who’s done this recently help me with the process?

1. ⁠Where do we go to collect the room keys and pay the security deposit?

2. Does room allocation get delayed? I saw some YouTube videos saying it takes a lot of time. I have darshan on the same day I reach Tirumala. How much time does it usually take to get the room after we pay the deposit?

3. Any strict rules to follow during the stay and while vacating? Like check-in/check-out timings, ID requirements, deposit refund process, etc.

4. Transport for elderly: Are jeeps/buses available from the office/bus stand to the accommodation centers? My parents are senior citizens so trying to plan accordingly.

5. As a last resort to get help, is there any email id for devasthanams customer queries?

Would really appreciate insights from any recent experience or tips.

Same as above. Context ela cheppalo ardam kavatledu but I will try to explain. Stress or pressure coz of any situation or factors, irrespective of gender, andariki untundi.
