It's from the Czech adaptation Alice (1988) by Jan Švankmajer:

The strange card deck behind the two French suited cards is from the Bohemian pattern (German suited).

I am not looking for film adaptations but looking for editions of the book where the illustrators use different suited decks from their own countries:

Germany = 🍃 ❤ 🔔 🌰

Swiss =🛡🏵🔔 🌰

Latin (Italian/Spanish) = 🗡📀🏆🏏

Based on an idea that came to me in a dream a few years ago. All made in pixel style.

I also added two Jokers as I felt it would be a nice addition.

Perché la descrizione di CyberRead per "Le fiabe illustrate di Geronimo Stilton" è piuttosto goffa?

Perché tutte le immagini sopravvissute mostrano solo "Le fiabe umoristiche di Geronimo Stilton"?

Perché persino i siti web di Mondadori ed Edizioni Piemme del 2000 non fanno assolutamente menzione di questi eBook?

Perché la maggior parte delle pagine web sugli eBook non sono state archiviate (o sono state lasciate non archiviate intenzionalmente)?

Da notare anche che Elisabetta Dami si è trovata in grossi guai con la giustizia all'inizio degli anni 2000.

Perché?

Quegli eBook sono forse una >!gigantesca operazione psicologica!<?!

Non vorrei saperlo.

Unlike other lost eBooks ---> these two (Geronimo Stilton's Illustrated Tails* and *Geronimo Stilton's Humorous Tails) still raise a lot of questions which is why they are the most looked-for here on our subreddit.

Here are some questions I have in my brain for at least two and a half years ever since I came across this old, archived webpage (https://web.archive.org/web/20021208104140/http://www.geronimostilton.it/new.html):

1. Why is there so little information about these eBooks even during the time they came out?
2. Why there are no screenshots or photos showing what's inside the eBooks?
3. Why is the CyberRead description for Geronimo Stilton's Illustrated Tails rather awkward?
4. Why do all the surviving images show only Geronimo Stilton's Humorous Tails?
5. Why even the Mondadori and Edizioni Piemme websites of 2000 make absolutely no mention of those eBooks?
6. Why are most webpages about the eBooks unarchived (were they left unarchived intentionally)?

Also to note, Elisabetta Dami ended up in huge legal trouble during the early 2000s.

Why?

Are those eBooks a >!MASSIVE PYSOP!< ?!

I wouldn't like to know.

By the way, I found this footage a year ago.

Still looking for more footage but there seems to be none.

I hope more people get aware of this awful lost media situation.

Sad, most of these eBooks are completely lost. I wish someone could work hard to find them.

A tribute to Henry (Hank) McCoy from the X-Men!

A fanedit I made recently.

I'm looking very hard for a comic panel featuring Cat Beast in his scientist equipment (lab coat and goggles) revealing a bare chest and stomach below, cross-legged on the floor just discussing matters with some other X-Men members (including Storm and Cyclops).

That frame of Beast looked incredibly frightening to me (although he had a smile on his face). I saw it on some website a few months ago (possibly marvel.com itself).

It's been annoying me for so long! I've tried many searches but couldn't find the exact thing. It looked very much like this but with shorter pants:

I can't even tell what period was it from but it was definitely from between 2004-2007.

Possibly the last post in my lab-coat Beast series but this is not animal-headed Beast but I just want to know when was the first time he started being in his lab coat more often than before? I would also like to see long haired Beast in a lab coat (late-90s era).

Does anyone know where exactly this started? Could it be a result of the 90s animated series or it was there much earlier (70s-80s).

This has a been a very frustrating thing for me for the past few months:

I remember being on some website which had a preview of an old (likely 2000s) X-Men comic and inside one of the pages, there was this panel of Beast (in his cat head era) in front facing view cross-legged. He was wearing his lab coat as in the pictures in the above gallery but his pants were shorter and his chest and stomach fully exposed.

I just want to know the name of the issue and what series of X-Men it exactly came from as the image looked "oddly terrifying" and remained stuck in my head to this day.

When I posted such a thing on r/xmen several times, several people did come and help but they still couldn't find the exact image.

This subreddit is the last resort for me. I think this image hasn't been seen online yet (it better not be really) and it could be the inspiration for many fanart redesigns of Beast.

I told you all many times, I don't have a fetish. That image of a cat-headed Beast meditating and holding a glass of wine has been stuck in me since I first came across X-Men last year (I am technically new). I once saw it, I got stuck with that thing ever since.

I think I can remember seeing it on some website somewhere but can't remember the name of the website or the number of the comic issue. I believe it could have been early 2010s more than early to mid 2000s.

Can anyone here please help me! That image still hasn't been found.
