What’s the most Reddit crowd-esque place in Kochi?

The degens, the men and women of (internet) culture, the 4chan clans - where do you find you folks IRL in a city like Kochi? I’m new to the city and I’m tryna map what are the hotspots for people of my kind. Usual posts are narrow band stuff like - nightlife, good biryani spot or where to spend an afternoon if you’re bored… but I wanted to know if there’s like one place where you find non-normies? Happy to host a vote session where you name what you think that place is and others can vote up the winner

Okay I may be on to something…

Hey guys, I’m a 32 male and for all 32 years of my life I’ve been generally and socially very anxious. It’s quite bad and embarrassing to the point where I’ve frozen on important client calls at work and embarrassed not just myself but my company.

There’s good news and bad news (contextual obv but generally speaking). This debilitating anxiety has kept me away from 90% of the opportunities that came my way, and I was always aware of it. So I was always trying things to fix it for good.

Some context - I’m really fit because I want to have least white noise in my system. By fit I mean, I do yoga multiple hours everyday , I gym everyday, took a bunch of supplements, avoid junk food as much as I could. All these things were additives, gradually helping but I would still get serious attacks that made it feel like none of these things actually helped.

Until, I did a gut test. There are probably posts here about this already but I want to highlight my story, in case it gives you some insight.

My usual blood and urine tests came out looking great (cause I work actively on my health) but the gut test came back with mostly all the good stuff in the red. This was eye opening, and went down a rabbit hole of healing the gut.

Among everything I tried including yoga and meditation (which is a serious game changer for overall moood but not that helpful solely for social performance and panic attacks in groups) - I found that healing the gut like it’s the most important aspect of your health, brought in the most ROI for social anxiety. I went jail-grade boot camp discipline on what I eat and how much of fiber, polyphenols, short chain fatty acid, fermented foods, natural sugars from fruits - and this was the game changer I was looking for.

There are still remnants of the anxiety but atleast now I function like a normal person. I urge you to take a deeper look at your gut health. Even though we may be under the impression that we’re eating home cooked meals that are “healthy”, your gut actually requires a WHOLE bunch of things that you won’t generally be aware of unless you take it up as a deep dive study. You can’t cheat on meals, atleast for the first phase of it, and you wouldn’t want to either. I find that the brain rewards you for healthy eating after the first few days of it, and your cravings for junk food significantly drops. Turns out most of the chemicals triggering anxiety is made in the gut. In my case I was non-ideal in almost all of the nerurotrabsmitters. And this transformation even brought a difference to how I look. My perpetual acne cleared up and my bloated paunch reduced. Now I can make facial expressions that were previously absent and bran fog has cleared up drastically.

TLDR - if you have anxiety, there’s a high chance you have an imbalanced and unhappy gut. Fix the gut and watch the progress unfold slowly and steadily.

Tf is this supposed to be

They posted about a Wireless Fight Stick. I don’t know if there’s really a need to launch something like this. Thoughts?

Any Isha meditator who’s a gastroenterologist?

Namaskaram, so I recently did a gut microbiome test and it turns out that I have a gut score that’s decently below the average person. This makes sense cause I’ve been dealing with anxiety and other issues.

I want to consult with a gastroenterologist who is also aware of the Isha lifestyle and recommendations, since a regular doctor may prescribe foods that may not be best in terms of positive pranic, negative pranic and neutral pranic food understanding.

If you know someone, please do recommend. I just need to do a video consultation so that I can adapt my diet asap. Thanks and Pranam 🙏
