Schiefer print? Wert?

hi :) habe von einem Bekannten ein Album mit Bulk bekommen - sammel erst seit zwei Tagen & frage mich ob der Print was am Wert ändert, weils schief ist? (Ich sammel nicht wegen Geld sondern for fun,
lol)

EDIT: warum muss man denn so dumme kommis schreiben? Da vergeht einem halt gleich jegliche laune auf die karten und die community? so dürfen anfänger nichts "dummes" fragen?

What's your weird pacing tips/ signs of exerting yourself too much?

Just wondering. I'm still learning how to pace and how to listen to my body. Hit me with all the weird stuff you got! haha.

My pacing journal! How do you use journals for your illnesses??

This is originally from a comment i've written but i figured maybe someone else will benefit from this too!

i have a journal where i write down what day i do what chore and i highlight the ones that are priority. For me i can only have two priorities a day. Then at the end of the day/ next day i write down what else i did (bc i'm bad at listening to my own rules lol). So looking back i know when i overexerted myself and also can plan ahead when to do what. And i'll put a tick next to the things i've successfully done and an X for what i didnt so i can move it to a different day.

Example:

-monday-

- take out trash (highlighted) ✔️
- do laundry ❌ (-> will write it down on a different day again)
- clean litter box in my bedroom (highlighted) ✔️

What else did i do that wasnt on the list?
- dishes
-shower

-tuesday-

-do laundry
-clean litter box in bathroom (highlighted) ✔️
-trash (highlighted) ✔️

what else did i do that wasnt on the list?
- emails

I also mark the name of the day in red if that day i had stronger symptoms than usual.

Mind you all of those things i've written down on the first page to remember what everything means.

By now i actually use colors a lot more:

-grey: what else i've done
-yellow: appointments
-pink: priority
-red: strong symptom day
-blue: needs to be moved to a different day

i also only plan ahead for one or two days because ya know... unpredictable illness

Other than that i have a symptomtracker journal but it's really just.... a date and my symptoms and sometimes lists for dr's appointments.

can PEM/crashes be very up and down within the same day?

Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone else experiences this because it really confused me.
Yesterday I massively overdid it. I usually manage around 1,500–1,800 steps a day, but yesterday I ended up doing about 4,300 steps in 30°C (86°F) heat. I already felt like it was way too much.
Today I was mostly just a passenger in the car, but I also went into one store. As soon as I got home I completely crashed. I felt like an empty shell, at the store already, almost like a zombie. I laid down in bed and immediately started crying for no apparent reason. I just felt physically and mentally drained.
I rested for about 0.5-1 hour, dozed off a little, then ate something. Now, a few hours later, I feel almost… normal again? Not 100%, but surprisingly close to how I feel on a “good” ME/CFS day. Just a little tired as if i didnt get enough sleep. Tbf last night i already woke up feeling off and kinda like way more tired than usual.
Is this something anyone else experiences?
Can PEM or a crash be this up and down, where you feel absolutely awful for a while and then much better after resting, only for it to potentially come back later? Or does this sound like maybe it wasn’t PEM after all?
I’m still pretty new to understanding my limits, so I’d really appreciate hearing other people’s experiences.

does anyone else get REALLY painful feet after sitting??

heya! so i was wondering if this could be part of POTS? (I'm seeing a specialist in September for diagnosis/ testing)

When i'm using the toilet (i may sit on there for 10-20 minutes because of my phone ooooops) but also when i sit criss cross or in like weird ways (hypermobility yay!) i start to lose feeling in my feets to the point that they feel like bricks attached to my legs which feel really weird and like wet saggy towels when i move them. Like genuinely you can see how i dont have as much control of them.
I'm not sure if they change color, if my feet do then maybe a slight purple/ red but it's definitely not like DARK purple/ red suddenly. They do also get a tiny bit splotchy like white splotches but only if you look closely.

I then need to do the little leg pump thing or move my legs in general for 1-3minutes to gain back feeling and control of my feet. BUT even after that when i get up i'll slowly tip forward to the point of falling to the floor if i wasnt holding myself upright against the sink. I then walk as quickly as i can to my bed or couch because my feet HURT SO MUCH as if they are about to explode or burst from too much pressure or something?? like they suddenly feel like watermelons. Never when i sit tho. Just when i get up in said scenario. When i try to move around with my feet hurting like that it sometimes gets to the point where i cant move my body at all, like today i wasnt able to put something back into the fridge even tho i was ONE STEP away from it, i just would have needed to reach over with my arm. Nope. Not possible.

When i'm laying down it takes like 2 minutes and then it's mostly gone and then i can get up with no problems and no pain.

I did get compression socks from my GP and they definitely made those symptoms less strong. Same with my little squatty potty. But they are still there and still strong.

According to my oura ring and my apple watch my HR is rarely ever really high and i also tried finding pulse changes with those symptoms but there's not much really, at least according to those two devices.

What also makes me think it's maybe POTS is that i have ME/CFS and MCAS since last year after a covid infection and before i got chronically ill i NEVER had any of those symptoms, not even when i was over 400lbs.

If anyone relates or has any idea if that could be POTS or something else i'd love to get your input! Thanks :)

in what ways do you help your nervous system to calm down?

It's known that mcas is a little less aggressive when your neevous system isnt triggered. How do you help it? Like i know in theory but what do you guys actually do? what helps you that isnt obvious? Do you actively sit down to do something or what

[23/F] looking for someone is willing to send pics / cards from travels as i can travel with chronic illness :)

Hey! I'm 23F and from Germany.

My chronic illness makes me not be able to travel and i'd love to see more from the world. If anyone travels a lot and maybe takes a lot of photos and would send one or two here and there or writes postcards from different places, i'd love to connect! I'd also love to hear from your big and small adventures. No matter how small, haha.

I love nature, stickers, arts and crafts, music, comedy, bugs, animals, cats especially.

I dont care about your age or where you're from as long as you're a kind person. :)

I cant offer travel content but i'll write back, i promise!⭐️

Looking for Korean Stamp!

Hello! I'm looking for a particular gift from this store:

Stamp and Study Insadongart 183 Insa-dong Jongno-gu Seoul

Would someone be so kind and get a stamp for me there with the standard stone and my name in Hangul? Of course i'll pay for the stamp, your trip to the store and postage to Germany. If you want anything from Germany i could also help you get it.

As i'm chronically ill i sadly can not travel to Korea anytime soon, hence why i'd love if someone could get it for me! :)

Payment would be via PayPal. :)

[23/F] German looking for international penpals!

Hello :) I'm 23, female and from Germany.

I'd love to have a penpal that is also into similar things and isnt from Germany. I dont care where you're from, as long as we can speak English - i want to practice :)

About me:

I like: Stitch, stickers, washi tape, pens, drawing/ painting/ doodeling, Sanrio, learning new languages, chess, astronomy, the big bang theory, whimsical things, stuffed animals, kawaii, rainbows, holographic things, LEGO, journaling, anything star shaped,...

I'm also pro choice, against Trump/ Elon/ Putin aka i'm a leftist. Pro LGBTQ. I believe that climate change exists and that the earth is round. Lol.

Maybe if you're interested we could even send each other little packages with stationery- if you want. Otherwise letters/ postcards only are of course fine too! :)

I'd love to hear from you!! ✉️

Hello :) I'm 23, female and from Germany.
I'd love to have a penpal from Japan because i'm very interested in the country and would love to learn more about the culture there as i plan on traveling there in a few years.

About me: I'm chronically ill, i love cats and whimsical things, i also love Stitch a lot, i'm a big supporter of people being free (lgbtq, women's rights,...), i speak German and English (yes i can also teach you some german if you want). I like doodeling and painting as well as coloring in coloring books. I love fidgets and little trinkets (maybe we could in the future also swap little packages - if you want?). I'm obsessed with crafting supplies like stickers and washi tape.

I also dont mind waiting a little for your response, as long as you dont ghost me hahaha.
