Found an excellent choice my friend is viewing it but I don’t know how to go off the deposit, is there like middle men?
I never got the point, I heard it was originally free but it’s no longer free
So what
so much potential for a rave or even a large coffee shop, it’s even in the student area it would be filled to the brim
even a fruit market or a flee market
It’s a super nice layout and space
not sure since the apartment looks renovated but I guess the building is older, avoid or??
2 bedroom apartment
“Shows one bedroom”

helloooooo hello what are we doing
Had to rant abt cause shhh
or shall we stick to pame
do we not have the capacity?
or I’m I mistaken I don’t see much concerts happening here other than ed Sheeran a while back which even then he is just fine
not talking about the Agia Napa things
I’m sure tickets will sell cyprus is easy to fly out too and there is plenty of people in cyprus that would attend
wondering
anything that’s good value for money?
that isn’t suffocating and maxed out with people
well, we saw they’re raising prices (which is insane it was already EXPENSIVE)
but at least they could provide simple things after the price increases?
examples:
after midnight having important routes run once every hour, instead of shutting them down completely
simple routes that simply don’t exist
ex: nicosia mall -> solomou square
adding busses for demanding routes to lower traffic
bare minimum when the country literally only has busses for transport
I am arab, and have not encountered but a single case of racism towards myself.
however! Online it is a different case it seems to be very common online
my black friends have encountered a bit, but nothing too common either
would love to see what other people think
The one case in which I have encountered racism in Cyprus was an Israeli duo, that’s actually it, Cypriots have been extreamly friendly tho
Hello guys, I’m a student at uni of nicosia, I’m trying to figure out if it’s possible for me and my friend to rent out a 2 bedroom apartment for a one year lease in nicosia.
except have the contract under his name and then I (me) be added as a permanent resident or some form of this
I’m not sure how this works and if it is legal, the only reason I want to do this is in the case that I may move out within 6 months, he mutually agrees to find a roommate after 6 months if I must leave
any help is appreciated thank you very much :)

Would love to hear from people who have applied as students here who are from third world countries (weak passports)
