Can I get this to copper at home without permanent color?

I’m starting grad school and won’t be able to afford professional coloring anymore. I used to dye my hair color and then started going back to my natural level 6 with some added warmth (growing out) and highlights.

I was wondering if there’s a way I could get it to copper using an at home demi permanent or maybe henna?

I’m afraid to use permanent box dye.

First photo is my hair and second is what I’d ideally want.

Felt nothing after restorative yoga

I went to a restorative yoga class for the first time. I do a lot of stretching and vinyasa yoga but have never done a full restorative class. I think I’d feel something like an emotional release but I didn’t.

I definitely feel calm and will get a great nights sleep but I was expecting more? Anyone have any insight on this?

Strength training irritates right shoulder-sternum?

During the last year, any time I’ve become more consistent in training upper body, it seems to really irritate my right shoulder radiating to my sternum.

I know strength training is supposed to help with hypermobility and it does for the rest of my body so I don’t get why it’s making my shoulder worse. It feels looser and I get the urge to crack it. Any advice?

First curly cut

I got my hair cut curly for the first time the other day. I asked for a U shape haircut. Now styling it myself I notice there’s a weird gap between the longest layer in the back and the next layer. It also looks like I have shoulder length hair from the front.

Just not feeling confident. I had a lot of beautiful length before and it looks so much shorter now with these layers.

Routine is bondi boost shampoo and conditioner. Apply leave in (as I am) and mousse (not your mothers) immediately after when hair is still soaking wet. Section hair with curl brush and scrunch in gel, then diffuse. Break cast with oil.

What curl gel should I use?

I have fine, low porosity, 3A hair and I’m using the not your mother’s curl gel level 3. It’s pretty hard to break the cast and sometimes makes my hair frizzier in the process of trying to break it. Wondering if there’s any recommendations?

Routine is bondi shampoo and conditioner, as I am leave in, not your mothers mousse, not your mothers curl gel, airdry, and odele oil. Probably need to change a few of these too.

Face ID to download tickets

I bought tickets and can’t download them to my Apple wallet without Face ID which I haven’t set up. Downloaded the app to try and view them there and can’t see the full ticket with scanning my face which I’m not doing. Is there another way?

Would you ever try being just friends with someone off hinge?

I (26F) matched with a (28M) guy with differing political/religious beliefs and after texting back and forth about what we think/our dealbreakers, we decided dating would be a no go.

He wondered if I’d be open to something casual and I’m not so I said no. But we had a very pleasant conversation so he asked if we could try being friends then.

I think it could be fun potentially. Maybe could be each other’s wingmen/set each other up/hang out but I’m not sure if that’s naive or odd to meet up with someone to just be friends since he’s a stranger…or if he really means it that we’d just be friends? Thoughts?
