similarities between abstractions and the jelly thing??

ok not sure if this is a theory or a discussion but

we all know that TADC draws inspo from i have no mouth and i must scream

has anyone ever mentioned the similarities to the abstractions and the jelly thing that AM turns ted into at the end?

quote from the book: “I am a great soft jelly thing. Smoothly rounded, with no mouth, with pulsing white holes filled by fog where my eyes used to be. Rubbery appendages that were once my arms; bulks rounding down into legless humps of soft slippery matter. I leave a moist trail when I move. Blotches of diseased, evil gray come and go on my surface, as though light is being beamed from within. Outwardly: dumbly, I shamble about, a thing that could never have been known as human, a thing whose shape is so alien a travesty that humanity becomes more obscene for the vague resemblance.

idk maybe it’s a reach but i think it’s worth considering?

i might just be crazy tho. someone please affirm or deny this

How do I stop???

I’ve been suffering from OCD for a while. (Previously thought to be BPD). I scratch at my face absentmindedly, until somebody tells me that I’m bleeding, or I see blood on my fingernails. I’m covered in tiny acne scars because of it, and my lip is always chewed to high hell. Does anyone have any tips on stopping?

update on classroom turtles

unsure if anyone remembers my post from last year.

people got really upset at ME, even though I stated that i had no input on their care.

simply here to provide an update, that most people likely expected :(

one of the RES has passed away.

i’m not sure how, as it happened during the school year, and I only work here during the summer.
