24M, ejaculating within 1–2 minutes every time and it's affecting my relationship
I'm 24M and I'm struggling with premature ejaculation. During sex, I usually ejaculate within around 1–2 minutes in the first round, and even after taking a break, I can finish similarly quickly in the second and third rounds.
The biggest problem is that my partner often remains unsatisfied. We've tried multiple times to make things better, but I'm still struggling to control when I finish. She's now becoming frustrated and has told me that she doesn't see the point in continuing if I can't satisfy her.
Honestly, this is affecting my confidence quite a lot. I don't want to blame her, and I understand why she's frustrated. At the same time, I don't know how to improve the situation.
For anyone who has dealt with something similar:
- What actually helped you gain better control?
- Did stop-start training or pelvic-floor exercises work?
- Did condoms or other methods make a noticeable difference?
- At what point should I see a urologist/sexual-health doctor?
- How did you deal with the relationship side of it while working on the problem?
