Some people really do not care what other think about their gross behavior and it drives me insane

All ages...people who fart in public very loudly, belch everywhere. Rub boogers on things....it grosses me out to no end. It's like people stopped caring and when you kindly ask them like "hey, if you need to burp please do it quieter" then they flip out on you and go "LEAVE ME ALONE!! IM NOT BOTHERING YOU!" Except you very much are because your burping sounds like a mixture of a gargle and a grunt or growl and it's very jarring every 20 seconds....if you can't help it then please see a fucking doctor because it's disgusting, it's mostly a problem with older people and little kids who are the result of bad parenting because the parents are either exhausted from their jobs and/or working too much to be an effective parent, so these kids are essentially being raised by TikTok and AI ChatBots. and on the side of elderly people, it's like they reached a "I'm going to die soon so I'm going to make my pitiful remaining years absolute hell for everyone around me"

maybe I'm wrong!, I want to just be this odd asshole who is cynical but people just are getting more disgusting lately.

Tim Moore on X: "MRN is currently off the air. There is a fire in the TV off the compound down the backstretch. The generator is on fire. We have no TV’s working here at the media center either. Timing and scoring is also down too. #NASCAR | #Richmond

I am convinced that nobody is actually hiring anymore, 10 interviews, 200 applications last week....every single one including the interviews was a rejection.

At what point do we, as a society admit that this whole capitalism thing was a fucking failure? Cuz if nobody has a job, nobody has money, if nobody has money, economy don't work.

Are companies that lazy as shit that they can't even do real human interviews anymore? (HireVue and other LLM interviews)

It just feels like they care so little that they can't even have you come to their location in a room and talk to a human who reads bland ass questions like "hurrrfff what kinda fruit would you be!???"

like what the fuck???

Job interview should be "okay so here's a tour....can you do this? It's 8 hours a day, 17 an hour and pay bump after 30 days, blah blah blah" and if yes "okay, come back Monday in jeans and nice shoes"

Newrepublic OP-Ed price: Indy 500 car race may damage buildings with "vibrations" (I personally laughed reading this)

Politics aside, the course sucks, yes, it doesn't need to happen, it was a last minute addition to the schedule. But this is an example of why a little research goes a long way
